Graphics aren't exactly crisis level. I'm sure it will work on low settings on an average gaming PC. They will have it scaled down for the 360 so why not work on a decent PC?! PS3 owner with a decent PC means Alan wake can be experienced by said person which makes console exclusivity mean nothing.
Trying to downplay PS3 to make it seem it's confirmed lineup is no better than the 360's. So far at least what is currently known, the PS3's lineup is far superior. People need to do some research and stop taking any news as gospel especially when there are many fanboy bloggers/journalist out there.
Many unhappy MS customers. PS3 was leading MS WW by a mil near the end of the year. MS cutting prices increased sales so it will be close as to who won but bottom line is PS# is doing well for a more expensive system. Don't beleive the doom sayers. They probably just going by NPD numbers which is just for North America.
This game is looking very interesting. Wish more game companies would try and take more chances with origional ideas. Like to see when Devs explore their imaginations. There are a few good examples out there but more would be appreciated.
A great game that 10 years from now will be a sought after collectable item fetching good money on sites like ebay or amazon. Good to see Sega still has some magic left in them.
In 08 Blu-Ray became the HD standard, thankfully no more format war. PC gamers refused to pay to play online which is what all console users should refuse as well now and in the future. Lots of good high quality content across the board as well for all platforms.
Only thing I Don't like is exclusive addon content like gta4/fallout3 DLC which isn't fair to people who support a game company on a particular platform only to release it only on other platforms. Those companies are doing ...
Means nothing if I can play it on my PC. Many gamers, I would think have a PC capable of playing most games at least on a low setting. MS is mostly all about "console exclusive" DLC, timed exclusives and games you can get on PC beacause they hardly have any 1st or 2nd party Devs. True exclusives are real selling points especially if you already have a decent PC.
The way their games are imagined and presented are origional and dynamic. Guess they may come out with some more games that have shooter elements for more sales in regions like the US. VC is a good example of this done well although sales have lagged unfortunately. If anything the rise of Western Devs will make Japanese Devs up their game.
Probably would be at least 10 games. Besides can play 2-5 of those on my PC. If you have a gaming PC then the words "console exclusive" means nothing.
Why they dont make a sequel that returns to a haunted house or maybe village/town with a dark macabre H.P. Lovecraft inspired story is unbeleivable. Maybe some else will come out with a game similar to the 1st but of course updated all around.
All they want to do is rush out products which wind up being defective. They should take their time and release a high quality product finally. When will they learn their lessons?!
Those PS3 users looking for a robust linup of varying high quality games like myself will be more than happy with an 09 line up which looks even better than 08. You clearly prefer the 360 but the PS3s lineup is looking formidable to say the least. Even if most of the top 10 games of 09 are Ps3 games, I'm sure you will still love your 360 which is fine. 09 will not be as close with PS3 winning by a good distance. I'm sure MS will have their share of good to great games just not nearly as much as the PS3. Watch out for the Wii they may have their share of high quality games as well and I'm sure Devs have noticed their dominance this gen which may result in some surprises in 09.

They have quietly entered the hand held gaming market. Wonder if they will ever give another go at a console? Maybe after 1 of the current 3 drop out?
Due to built in Blu-Ray Player not only does it have HD visuals but HD sound as well. HD sound takes up alot of space which will not fit on a DVD. Goes for movies and games. Blu-Ray superior to DVD and DD.
I'd rather buy a game than download it. I buy it so I can do whatever I want to it. It has it's uses but like the music industry many want a hard copy.
How do these sites pass over the negatives of the 360? Most defective system ever, pay to play, no browser, no blu-ray, less true exclusives than the competition. Ps3 is by far the better value overall especially as the years roll by.
