Off screen play is is cool idea, but in the case of the WiiU it falls short.
At least with the PS4/Vita and Shield you can play games from basically anywhere (and at a higher fidelity)
So yeah, people will not be running out in droves to buy WiiU's to hack them and play PC games remotely.
Though it makes some Nintendo fans wet and weak in the knees at the idea, it won't ever happen...sorry.
