higher fps = more fluid gameplay. It has nothing to do with graphics so its not the high graphics crowd that are demanding it here. FPS purely affects gameplay so it should be in your best interest to give developers an ear full no matter what console camp you're from.
Onilink is correct. cd keys aren't universal that they'll unlock all games on steam.
Hopefully someone who doesn't know this reads Onilinks comments so that they can make an informed decision.

honestly it doesn't even blow crysis 1 away. They look similar. It just means consoles finally caught up to 2007 pc's.
