Umm....I really don't think it'll be as open as FarCry 2, or even the first game. But, I'm certain it will retain at least some of the destructible-environment it had. And it'll probably be less linear than, say, Modern Warfare 2. So I'm guessing somewhere between Crysis and MW2. But, let's wait and see.....
Okay, we all need to understand one thing. It's that, a 2009-2010 game like Crysis 2 that is probably very heavy on the hardware, is not gonna perform that well on a 5 year-old tech if they don't limit certain fetures like the open-world/destructible environment/realistic physics that'll be a big burden on the CPU and, depending on the details, the GPU as well.

The singleplayer wasn't bad, but it was far from what I had expected, but I won't go into detail on that.
Anyway, the PC version had nothing to differentiate it from console versions, in terms of graphics and gameplay features. This, after 'FourZeroTwoFace' commented on how it was more than just a lazy port.
IW has twisted my view of multiplat developers foever. Their PR can say whatever they want. I don't believe squat until I get to see it for myself.
