Before the x1 reveal i was laughed at for saying that MS is focusing on Google and Apple for the next gen console.
Once the PS3 gets down to 199 + GT6 = Boom another 100 million seller console for Sony. 3rd in a row.
PS3 more than any other Sony console really has the hardware and the support to last longer. I would not be surprise if it is still supported after the PS5 is announced.

Sony should just wrestle control back from 3rd parties by not giving in to them. Fact is 3rd party can't afford to not support the PS4.
