It's Cold Winter, we seen this behind the scenes at GDC. Trust me. Syphon Filter isn't Ps2 shooter... It's coming too, by the way. But it's not a shooter. Cold Winter is the game. It's, from what we've seen, a prequel and a remake all in one. Take what you will from it but remember what I'm telling you here.

We got to see this, well a demo of it... It's "Cold Winter" and it's kind of a prequel/remake of the 1st one. If you remember the original had, in my opinion, the very 1st instance of duck n' cover for a FPS. We got a chance to see this game and will have video when our site launches in April... The thing that bothers us, aside from only having 4 acts, is that Sonic just isn't too Sonic in this iteration. Gone is the figure 8 leg twirl of the past and in place a more rhythmic animation for his run. It's a bit of a blow to long time Sonic fans, but at this stage what else can we do but hope and pray it turns out even semi good?
