I guess you could argue that it introduced the idea, but it was limited to WiFi connection and the dependency of another machine. The Switch is a full stand alone home console and a full stand alone portable, at the same time. But like I said, I do get your point for sure.

We do need more Wii U ports, for sure. But the idea here is bringing 3DS software to the Switch date and day, there really isn’t a need for Nintendo to push two portable consoles in this market.
This isn’t about remastered. This is about putting games on both The Switch and 3DS, day and date. Remastered are a different story altogether.
Not as common for people to request, but I'd also love a Legacy Collection of the Battle Network games that launched on GBA. Those first 2 or 3 games were some of my favorite Mega Man games to date. They played with the gameplay and mythology in new ways and I loved them.
I agree that Microsoft has done a great job improving the dashboard. Sure, they have made some changes, but I feel like every change has brought benefits to it's player base.
I really think this has been a fundamental evolution since the misstep at launch. I'm really hoping this is the one that sticks and we can just see slight iterations moving forward.

A game I missed during the show but wanted to toss out is Pinball FX 3. They have recently showed off the ET and Back to the Future tables and I'm super pumped for more Pinball goodness!
You are SO right. I honestly can't believe that the first game isn't BC. As popular as that game was on the 360 and the deep fanbase it has, you should think it would have been one of the first to hit BC. Missed opportunity.
I couldn't agree more IamTylerDurden1. I can actually handle mediocre graphics, heck as a Nintendo fan it's almost a given. However, Gameplay is always king. If the game is amazing to play then I can forgive a lot of things. But if the game plays as bad as it looks in some of those Comic-Con Videos, I don't know that it will hold my attention very long at all. Thanks for commenting!
It's not unheard of..............but to this point, Microsoft has never done that, so it's highly unlikely!
I totally agree. The game was first shown at Gamescom so it would make sense for Microsoft to use it as a showcase this year. I guess we will just have to wait and see. I'm hoping it shows up in a big, bad way!

I would agree with this 100%. Buying reviews is bad for consumers, without question. It also devalues the developers involved with the game as well. Great point.
Great point PapaBop. We probably won't really know the value of Destiny 2 until a year into release. Bungie has said from the beginning that Destiny will be a constantly evolving brand. Just like Destiny 1, we will probably not see the best parts of this game for months to come. So, as long as the combat stays stellar, hopefully the single player content will hold us over until then.
I don't think any crying was involved in my article. The point that I'm trying to get across is carrying around 2 devices. If you want to check twitter, you don't have to carry an iPhone and an Android phone, they both cover that. If you want to play Metroid: Samus Returns and Mario Odyssey, you do have to carry around both a Switch and a 3DS. I would gladly pay a little more to just be able to play all new Nintendo games on the Switch.
