with it being somewhat slow (to load), but i get irritated with the frequent freezin up! It has got to the point where i have to make slow, deliberate scrolling through it to avoid it. Come on MS!!

Uncharted PSP would actually make me buy a PSP lol. I havent bought one yet because it really doesnt have many games i like to play, but i need something to take with me when the wife wants me to go shopping with her lol. Come on sony, help me out!!! lol
i suppose, Mass Effect is the kind of game that would benefit from alot of DLC, yet we have only seen one, ONE!! So, i cant wait until it comes, will be buying it, and Mass Effect 2 on day one!
with the review, the graphics are ok, but it is an awesome, awesome game. I would give it a 9 personally, because the graphics are the only problem i have (jaggies) but the gameplay is head and shoulders above alot of games.
Youre supposed to find out what your consumers want BEFORE you implement changes like that. Learn from Sony and MS and send out surveys during the development process so you dont have to go back and change stuff. Thank goodness for Peter Moore starting that quality control dept. at EA sports :)
what they want to see in the clouds, based on what they want, or what their inner most desires are. Its no different from an inkblot test that you get from a therapist. The mind sees what it wants to. 360 fanboys will see a 360 or 360 controller, or RROD lights (kidding lol), and Wii fanboys will see a Wiimote and a Wii, PS3 fanboys will see MGS3, or ZOE mechs or characters. Its all subjective, so lets not kill each other over freakin clouds ok :P
Ive been waiting for this patch since November!!! I dont know if ill ever buy a Ubisoft game again if this is any indication of how they treat customers!

people will deal with hardware issues if said console has the GAMES that they wanna play, i know i had issues with my PS2 and DRE, but it had all the games. Its the same this gen with the 360, AT THE TIME (not so anymore) 360 had the best games, so people dealt with it (2005-2007) but if they didnt resolve the issue, then it wouldnt be that way now because PS3 has the better line up now, so people wont tolerate it anymore lol. why is it that when an article states a game is only possible on PS3, it is not questioned, yet when an article like this comes, it it quickly swept under the rug, as if one is any less biased than the other. This hypocrisy creates a vicious cycle of flamebait articles to out do the LAST fanboy article. PS3 IS NOT doomed, and 360 and PS3 are equals, failure to understand that would mean you fell for the marketing BS of MS and Sony. So if everyone would stop believing the OTHER biased articles...
if only it was that simple lol, firstly, the game had a 60m budget, and secondly, you have to factor in shipping, freight, retail fees, duplication, and marketing fees. Sony doesnt get ALL of that 60 bucks. they get less than half. Thats the way the world is, although i WISH it was like you described it, i have Killzone 2 and GG deserve better. Same with media molecule and LBP, this guys deserve 5m sales, i love that game.
has the best review for this game, they gave it a 7.8. Despite it being somewhat repetitive, it was FUN!! The controls take some getting used to though, but if you take the time, you will be rewarded. I played around with the demo for about an hour until i learned them, then i went and bought it for $24. I was surprised!! i would GLADLY pay full price for this game, it has so much replay value!! Guys, dont believe the bad reviews, try the demo and buy this game!!
Same can be said about RROD, everybody and their mama got RROD, but there are still some that work fine, im one of them, ive had a pro, and an elite, and both work perfectly, that doesnt mead RROD doesnt exist does it.
I think the only reason people put up with it, is because (at the time) it had the most, and the best games. The PS2 was in the same position last gen, everybody and their mama had DRE, but we didnt care because the PS2 was AWESOME, so we either got it repaired, or bought a new one. This time, MS agreed to fix them for free. To be honest, they really didnt have a choice because they have the weaker brand name, so they cant really afford the bad press. The generation gap is why we see so many "generic" games. Sure, we have some gems like LBP, SSBB, Mass Effect, but where are the "gotta have" games like Conker, Oddworld, platformers, adventure games?? The game developers of the past have become publishers, or in charge of the younger devs, and are choking off creativity in favor of fast profits, and rushed release dates. These are the same people who thought LBP wouldnt work, yet the fans showed that we want that stuff. I...
L, I, V, E are stupid because its different, and it extends the learning curve for playing games because players have to look down at the controller until they learn them, but i disagree with the shapes on the playstation controller being bad because shapes are just as recognizable as letters (xbox 360 controller)in the world, and if anything, the shapes on the playstation controller are UNIVERSAL, because not all countries use letters.
They are giving splinter cell a MUCH NEEDED facelift. I dont even consider "Double Agent" a game lol, it was more like "Splinter Cell 1 HD", but Conviction looks to be a day one buy for me, great job Ubisoft, you need to rub some of that magic on Far Cry 3, because 2 was broken.
