GoTY is without a doubt a battle between MGS4, Gears 2, and GTA4. The only way GTA4 might lose it is if it gets lost in all the hype from the other two newer games.
All my programs work with it. I'm a highend CG modeler/animator. Tons of 3D programs work daily. 3dx Max, ZBrush, etc. Even Adobe Master Collection. After Effects. All that. Everything I use every day works great. Can't help it my PC doesn't suck. It was highend like 3 years ago, and yet it runs Vista flawless today.
Ram upgrade FTW. Don't be cheap and then expect to complain.
Downloaded it. Played it. Deleted it. This game is garbage. Hotel Dusk, Ace Attorney, New Super Mario, Zelda, and Professor Layton are infinitely better.

This game was so amazing back in the day on PS2. I bought it for PC as well.... but on PC it looks like ass cuz of the amazing monitors.
