More proof the 360 versions runs and looks better. And I've been playing non-stop. No screen tearing. You want screen tearing, play Saint's Row. The V-Sync in GTA is the same as in all UE3 games. It stays on 99% of the time but quickly switches off for a frame every now and then to preserve the excellent framerate. It's a genius method, and makes sure the 360 versions runs much better than the PS3rd version.
