The original was the best one then they just went poo.
Take it back to basics real tombs, real puzzles, rock difficulty, less messy stuff and level design like the original..
I know that they did it for the ps2 and psp but revisiting st francis's folly on the ps3 would be awesome....

i started playing, got through about a mission for each species then after that the cracks started to show, it really is starting to be a horrible game...
Great idea very poorly executed, the block this is just horrid and the aliens are in front of you suddenly you are being attacked from behind, leave this if you haven't already bought.
Multiplayer doesnt even save it....
Thats it turn the computer off until i have finished it.
I will NOT be returning to N4G until i have finished it, mainly due to mindless infants who will not be able to play the game, let alone understand it....
I am suprised that these children haven't latched on to this before and i'm sure this will start a spoiler war from now on..... and yes i'm looking at Alan Wake or any other story based exclusive game....

I'm not ashamed, I bought it it's not great but and this is a big but. I am so sick of reviews, I am choosing my own games these days on what I see in footage and word of mouth from my fellow gamers. There are too many websites and publications trying to make a name for themselves these days by dishing out harsh or undeserved scores.
This is just something to try before i swap it for heavy rain.
The King Of Kong was an awesome movie/documentary Billy Mitchel is a cheat (I bet he loves a bit of Modern Warfare 2)

Screw it.... I might just have a punt on this, i have Bioshock to swap so.... I was genuinly exited about this game a month ago.
This game is just bizarre....lol.... played the demo last night and the kareoke room with the weird looking girl that looks like a japanese Amy Winehouse, is one of the strangest video game moments ever.... playing rhythm action games to japanese songs was quite hilarious. especially when you do backing vocals.

All i know is Activision will NOT be able to not release a CoD for xmas..... They are far too greedy....
Dead space wasn't scary even tried to play that sucker in the dark but nothing. Resi wasn't too bad either.
Condemned 2 was pretty good with the lights off.
Silent Hill 2 made me shat myself lol, played that in the dark too.
Still want to pick up Siren though.

I think i might start ignoring reviews from now on and trust my OWN judgement, it seems that there are too many opinions flying around. In the good 'ol days (before tin-ter-net) i used to rely on one or two reviews (mean machines mag and cvg mag) and trust one of them.

I thought this a long time ago about motion controls (patched when arc released?).....
The demo was pure genius i think that this game stands to be one of the cult classics of our time.
I played it with my mrs watching and she really, really hates games. she said she genuinely felt 'anxious and nervous' during the fight scence and was cheering me on!
NO game i have ever played had her like that. Or me for that matter!

Activision are greedy mo-fo's but maybe these guys were trying to steal industrial secrets and therefore fired.... I'm sure EA would pay a hefty price for some of the knowledge Infinity Ward have.
