People who still think that the 3DS is capable even near ps3 or 360 graphics is simply wrong , IF the specs that are rumored be true.
But from watching some videos of real gameplay, I am impressed.
I just hope the resolution on the TOP screen is much better then on the DS.

The 3DS Will be a Gaming machine, it has D-pad, buttons, sensors, joy-stick.
The Iphone is just THAT a PHONE. Nothing More, sure it can play games, But that will always be second or 3rd nature of the system.
The iPhone has Short, fun, 5min games, the controls are Limited , since it lacks buttons and D-pad. No TOUCH screen can replace it.

yes, just look at what games Microsoft has Announces lately , I don't see any. Sony has been pumping them out one after the other and still 3 days until their conference.
Sony also demonstrates the Move and its shown to work really well.
The Natal project has not yet shown any "true" games, just video´s and Hype. No live demonstrations of games other then a game were you hit a Red ball.... That kind of...
I expect Great Things from SONY this year at E3.
