Call Gamestop, tell them you didn't get a code with your preorder, they will more thank likely just print up a new code for you.
The main reason it hasn't taken off yet is because the pricing was awful. Streaming vs Physical is just something fanboys use that don't really care and were never getting the service anyway.

Two of their three games look pretty damn good. I am not sold on the army game but The Inpatient and that Sony PlayLink game look like they could be really good
No. It borrows from the universe. Think like a Halo pinball machine or something. It doesn't really add anything tot he universe but it is in that world if you have played Until Dawn and can appreciate the things
Rush of Blood is one of the best wave 1 game titles for PSVR.
Yup... too many nights of me sitting for an hour for the "game night" to even start. Meanwhile, I am missing time I could be having with my family. But it is all age. Somewhere, there is another kid in college playing the hell out of his MOBA and another 12 year old cussing about someones mom in CoD :D

Depends. When my life is hectic and I can't commit to a three+ hours session, then I prefer my SP games that I can pause and leave. MP nights require much more planning and prep.
