Good reviews, terrible sales tracking.
Second greatest year for video games after only 1998.
Though it is very odd that they would pick a sports game rehash over Ratchet & Clank Up Your Arsenal, Unreal Tournament 2004, Splinter Cell Pandora's Tomorrow, Viewtiful Joe 2, Doom 3, and the many other great titles of 2004.
2004 is second to only 1998 for greatest year ever
Metal Gear Solid 3
Half-Life 2
San Andreas
Metroid Prime 2
Halo 2
Fable
Burnout 3
Ninja Gaiden Black
Unreal Tournament 2004

It certainly has one of the greatest twists in video game history.
Yeah it definitely deserves the score. I don't own a Wii myself yet, but I was playing it at a launch party yesterday and had a blast. WAYYYYYYY better than Brawl even if that isn't saying much.
$26 more for better boxart and the OST which you could just download? Not worth it at all. They could have at least included some extra in-game costumes or something.
Agent = PS3 Exclusive being developed by Rockstar (Grand Theft Auto Series)
The Agency = PC/PS3 multi-platform with cross-platform play being developed by SOE (Everquest series and Starwars Galaxies)
The default new Shepard had Wrex killed off in the first game. That alone is more than enough reason to use a pre-save. Wrex is a true bro.
Actually this list is horrible. They list AvP and Elemental War of Magic, 2 games being developed by teams with very poor track records, yet leave out Bad Company 2, RAGE, and Splinter Cell Conviction which have been in development for years by top tier developers.
007 has it
With nostalgia goggles off it goes MGS 3 >>>>>>> MGS 4 > MGS 2 > MGS 1
I agree with you, Twilight Princess was the only 3D Zelda that felt completely uninspired. However I still have hope that Nintendo won't turn this one into a mediocre Ocarina of Time tribute at the very least.
Don't forget that they gave Final Fantasy 12 a perfect score and even called it the greatest RPG ever made.
Even the Japanese agree that Famitu's reviews are a joke. The main reason they're still relevant is because of their (very good) news and interview teams who are always able to get insider information on games before everyone else.
Agreed, this is one of the exceedingly rare cases where NA gets the best boxart.
Uncharted 2 has 0 loading times and 0 installs, yet it's still by far the greatest looking game on consoles. Gears of War 2: Brown & Bloom Edition wishes it looked even half as great.
Indeed. Gran Turismo 5 and God of War 3 will sell more systems than Halo Reach could ever dream of.
It still prints money!
I didn't fail any research. You're listing multi-platforms out of desperation while I'm listing exclusives relevant to the article and previous statement.
Mass Effect 2 - Multi-platform
Blood Bowl - Port of a 2009 PC Game
Tropico 3 - Port of a 2009 PC Game
Splinter Cell: Conviction - Multi-platform
Metro: 2033 - Multi-platform
Supreme Commander 2 - Multi-platform
Ninety-Nine Nights II - Japan Only
Risen - Port of a 2009 PC Game

You can try to downplay the PS3 exclusives all you want. That still doesn't change the fact that the 360 only has a laughably low 4 exclusives for all of 2010. The PS3 has the 360 beat in both quantity and quality by quite a significant amount.
I can play Mass Effect 2 and Splinter Cell: Conviction on my PC. They aren't 360 exclusives.
PS3:
3D Dot Game Heroes
Agent
Ar Tonelico III
Final Fantasy Versus XIII
God of War 3
Gran Turismo 5
Heavy Rain
L.A. Noire
The Last Guardian
MAG
Twisted Metal
Yakuza 4
360:
Crackdown 2
Alan Wake
Fable 3
Halo Reach

Yeah it was. It's easily the second best mod after L.U.R.K.
