Seriously, a game running at 30fps CAN have very smooth animations and a 60fps game can have mediocre animations and frame drops. When you watch movies filmed in 24fps are they choppy?

Did you need a memo telling you that people still play the game? I'm pretty sure people still play it on all 3 platforms.
Also, the game plays just fine on PS3. I had Skyrim first on PC up until post PS3 patch last year and, while it could be just coincidence, I encountered less glitches/bugs on PS3 than I did while playing on PC.
