It seems to me that Rocksteady isn't very confidant about whether they'll be able to move copies of this game up against so many other great games this fall. So I guess they are revealing all of this info to try and entice buyers.

Cliff Blezinski himself stated that there is a huge number of female Gears of War players which is the reason why they added 4 playable female characters and pink gun variants to Gears of War 3.

The game looks good and is probably better now that they delayed and changed it, but I miss the blue-ish graphical tint that the old version had.
Gears of War 4 is not possible. The 3rd one is the end of the trilogy. I know we will see more Gears of War games (Cliff has basically confirmed this), just not centered around Marcus's story.

Microsoft is smart, instead of paying ridiculous amounts of money for true exclusive content like Kratos in MK or Joker in B:AA, they pay a smaller amount of money for just a 30 day exclusive which (along with cross-game chat through Live) is usually enough to persuade multi-console owners.
They're probably in negociations, it's in Valve's best interests to make it happen.

If you're gonna go through the trouble of hooking up a mouse and keyboard to your console, why not just play it on PC/Mac? We ALL have PCs or Macs. You people aren't mailing in your comments to N4G. It's Counter-Strike, Valve will make it playable on virtually any setup like they always do.
