PS3 needs a price cut or they will be in trouble. 360 is getting huge boosts since the price cuts, sales have probably doubled if not more.

don't understand why the PS3 fans deny it.
The bottom line is, so far the vibe is they both have about the same games and PS3 costs more. That makes the common person a fan of XBOX 360.
It's common people that just find 360 the smarter buy and that includes gamestop employees who know more about games than say... Walmart employees.
I don't blame Gamestop employees, I blame Sony.

It took me back to playing the original Mario Bros games. But Mario never had such realistic 3D graphics like that.
If you ask me, it's safe to say that they sorta did what they did with GTA IV on PS3. They gave it warmer softer colors.
It's neither that much better or worst but it's a little different style.
For me, I beat Bioshock on 360 but I already sold off my 360 and went with PS3. I'll add Bioshock to my collection and revisit Rapture again now on PS3.
The graphics are nothing special for this gen. And the monsters and characters are a little cliche. You can tell that the game was made by a different team and they often try to bank off familiar music and fog that seems to more imitate classic Silent Hill rather than be Silent Hill.
That being said, it does have some classic Silent Hill feel to it and it's not a bad game. Reviews are around c+/B-, I get the feeling hype and sales are not the strongest.

And after playing the demo on PS3, I felt like I was playing a port. The controller layout is obviously made for the 360.
The PS3 version makes use of Rumble, sh*t does it vibrate...
I also found it easier to aim on the PS3 version, it stays more stready or something.
360 version is still the better one, but the PS3 version is not bad. It looks like it's a great port that has it's own advantages.

Differences are minimal. I didn't see anything that stood out.
It's getting to the point with cross development where you can usually say the game is the SAME THING on both consoles and that's that.
Early PS3 had a lot of inferior ports but now developers are use to the PS3 enough to where they can make the game the same thing on PS3.

I don't know about 9/10 but I would say they're popular. When I was a kid, Christmas often meant video games. On the most special christimas was when there was a new console I didn't own. But that was only like every 5 years or so. I only had like 3 or 4 like that.
Especially if Sony doesn't cut the price of the PS3.

If I had to choose, I would say Resistance 2 looks a bit more different. Much more colors than the original and a totally different setting.
Gears of War 2, I don't know. Until the final products are out, we don't know for sure who delivered.
Gears of War is a great franchise and I'm sure the sequel is a lot like the original. But that's always the case with sequels on the same console.
You could say the same thing about Resistance 2 also.

fallout 3 isn't trash on PS3. I hope it's not a crappy port full of bugs and frame rate issues.
And who knows how long the HD install will be.
But by all means, keep talking about how great Blu ray is for PS3.

...and the only reason why Fallout 3 fits on DVD is because it's such a short game hehehe. Blu ray is so needed!
