My wallet isn't winning. It never wins. And it may very well be obliterated next year.
A very good demo. I too loved the fact that I didn't have to know Japanese in order to play it. I had no idea that Newcomer Mode prevented the characters from dying but it most certainly made things easier as I was getting my rear handed to me during the boss fight. The demo surprised me in how fun it was and now I'm stoked to get the full version.
I saw that Neotokyo trailer on youtube and I began to have sudden cravings for the mod. I'm not a PC gamer but watching the gameplay made me highly consider becoming one.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I think this is a mission statement. They clearly say "Our mission." The only time the rep says "if" was when he was referring to the possibility of working with Japanese developers.
I'm very interested in seeing how this RPG turns out. Japanese gamers love their RPGs. JRPGs tend to be heavily influenced by their own culture so I wonder how Ubisoft plans on tapping into this market.
I just love waking up to great gaming news. First, I hear that the End of Eternity demo has hit the Japanese store earlier than expected. Then, I get to hear a reaffirmed statement about new Versus info in early 2010. Now, I hear what could possibly be Kingdom Hearts 3? Pure bliss my friends.
Bubbles for the sanity and for showing respect. And I wish you a good holiday as well.
Keep it up Panda! He's already out of Bubbles!
Wow. This actually made it through certification? I had never seen so many reports on a single article.
I go from a debate over RPGs to this? Am I still on the News 4 Gamers site?
Tales of Vesperia says hi!
Demon's Souls deserves all of the recognition and praise that it has received. A brilliant game that proves word of mouth can go a long way in determining sales.
It'll be facepalm moment for me if these games get an HD remake because I literally just bought a PS2. I just couldn't stand waiting for BC any longer.
You disappoint me.
I want to go into the map. I want to see Versus.
Even a small amount of information such as this makes me feel excited! I can't wait to see it for myself!
I understand what Zeschuck is getting at but I believe that JRPGS have something that WRPGs lack: charm. It's the lighthearted tone and the charismatic characters that cause the fans to love the sub-genre so much and return for second helpings. That being said, I have a feeling that JRPGs will be taking some strong strides in bringing forth some new ideas to the table. The titles I believe will accomplish this feat include (but are not limited to) Resonance of Fate (End of Eternity)with its m...
My sincerest apologies. I misinterpreted your post where you wrote "'generic animu rpg' template crap" and took it as if you were insulting the series. I'm going to need a new tongue since I just bit mine off.
Siliconera claims that a localization will never see the light of day. They better be wrong or I'll look like this :(
