I'm really really really excited to see the Nier universe become expanded upon. I actually just found out yesterday that Cavia's previous game, Drakengard, had an ending that actually laid the groundwork for Nier's premise. But the thing I'm really concerned with is the studio behind the future titles. Cavia was absorbed and disbanded by AG Interactive and the mastermind behind the game, Taro Yokoo, is going to leave the company. How can Nier still be Nier?
Do want!
Yeah. I hear it every time I boot up the game. The video still works fine for me.
This is my favorite gaming quote from 2010.

Nier! Heck yes! I love that game so much and I'm so glad to see it up there.
The author of this piece should email Namco Bandai this article. We need to be sure they are aware that we gamers in the west are interested in the Tales franchise. Heck, if English-text only is acceptable, there really isn't any excuse to not bring it over. If a small team of gamers can sub the entirety of Graces on their own budget, I'm sure Namco Bandai can afford to do it too.
Edit - Yo phantom disagree'er, why don't you grow a pair and enlighten me?
Yessir. Some of the fan favorites are these:
Tales of Vesperia for the Xbox 360
Tales of Symphonia for the Gamecube
Tales of the Abyss for the PS2
If a Deadpool game was going to be made, which studio would you guys want to be behind it?
I've never played Xenogears before (please don't hurt me) but I'm really interested in it. Would it be worth picking up?
Color me impressed. The environment, the characters, the sick menu, the customization, and the combat all looked awesome! Here's hoping for a western release.
Don't eat the yellow soul.
(see what I did there?)
:D
I really enjoyed the demo. I was immediately impressed by the refined controls. The friggin hamsta was flyin like a G6.
I really really want to buy Fragile Dreams. The atmosphere and narrative seem really appealing and, after playing Nier, I'm much more interested in games that boast brilliant soundtracks.
"Have you ever attempted developing an exclusive Final Fantasy game for the Xbox360 and sold it in Japan?"
Yes. I made a Final Fantasy game for the Xbox 360 all by myself. It's called Final Fantasy XXX and all Japan loves it. Here's a poster.

Oh, that's a good point. It never even occurred to me that we would have to wait until the footage hits the net. Reading people's reactions on Twitter is only going to make me more and more anxious to see it. I hope our fellow gamers are well prepared to get us the goods asap.

What the heck is going on with the timer? When I got up today, it had 2 question marks under the first two slots for the "hour" section. After I waited for the timer to run out, one of the question marks turned into the number two and 20 hrs became the new timer. Now, I'm on the page again and it's back to 2 question marks with 8 hrs to go. What gives? I know my eyes weren't playing tricks on me because the alternate source article took a screenshot when there were 18 hr...
In the North America region, Tales of Vesperia sold about 60,000 copies within the first week, while Enslaved only sold about 40,000. Bear in mind that Vesperia managed to do that on
1) one console
2) that console being the shooter-centric 360
3) little to no marketing campaign
4) the smaller number of consumers from 2 years ago.
Sure, Enslaved was an unproven IP, but it had a much larger marketing campaign and an actual attempted appeal towards we...
"That was quite a move. I'll admit you've got potential. If challenge had a taste, you'd be quite delicious."
