lets just say BOTH games are really wanted in Japan...this famitsu thing of every week another one of the two is most wanted has been going on for a while now...
maybe its just a well working marketing idea working for both games?

im surprised by his opinion on ff12 battle system...I agree with him because it was the one system that fascinated me the most ....i really loved it ...so many ways to play that game...amazing battle system and very hard depending how you played.
most ppl hated it though. this example show how it is impossible to create a perfect ff game while being mainstream.
they put a lot of effort into this and it should be appreciated...whether you buy it or not...however what i dont understand is why they didnt added content to it like more dungeons, more secrets , a new area?
i woul dhave been more then happy about some new extra hard foe fights

damn games were so much more fun...they created an atmosphere....gameplay was more satisfying...lasted longer...miss the old days
mhhh nintendo was always slow ...but xenoblade will get localized...the last story is just a matter of time before they annouce western release.
and if this is successful it will come to EU and USA
the theme is really something else..design looks awesome...I own all systems but wii got the games I want!
i agree with you...in earlier generation developers created atmospheres in which the players imagination played an important role. now its all about graphics...
a good example for a good game with average graphics is xenoblade! the world of xenoblade is simply breathtaking...as a player you imagine the world to be real something that FF13 totally failed to achieve.
xenoblade and the last story west release will make you get that dust of ur wii...
im playing xenoblade right now...its one of the best jrpg ive ever played...its just sooo beautiful to look at and play
are they gonne wait until graphics and gameplay is outdated before they release it in the west?

I played this game soooo much. the battle mode was insane for its time. one of the best games ever produced. the game was such a hit and totally addictive. I really think it was the best mario kart followed by the mario kart on N64.
with games like mario kart, secret of mana, super mario world and zelda, the super nintendo was unbeatable and will stay forever epic!
