The enemy of my enemy is my friend, huh?

I think it is very possible that the PS4 will beat Xbox in the November NPD. Happy to be wrong, but that's my prediction.

Has this got a review embargo guys?

I've lost all faith in Jim now after this last few reviews on all platforms - this is the last straw, what a ridiculous man.

The glitch seems to possibly, or actually be due to the fact he missed a torch on the wall through human error.. This only shows how quick he is to hate on a game. Terrible reviewer with 0 credentials.

Created in "ONE YEAR" - madness.. Thinking what they are cooking for Last of Us 2 is almost unimaginable.

I couldn't agree with the concept of wide linear being the way forward (for me at least). I can get deep into an open world game like anyone, but after coming out of Horizon for e.g. It takes me a long time to muster the energy and patience to go on another 100 hr expedition.

Wide linear gives you options of how to approach the situat...

Well said.

Ha.. To be fair to majiebeast, people around here actually say stuff like that seriously, so always worth the /s at the end of the comment.

Yes - thanks for asking.

"Game of Thrones Producer and Writer David Benioff explicitly confirmed that it was indeed a nod to the game. In particular, he noticed that fans of both the game and the show had paired Joel with Jaime Lannister’s actor, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, mainly for their physical resemblance. Because of that, he decided to have Jaime quote that line."

- It's not hard to read. Ironically, you seem be the king of 'reaching' around these parts anyway.

The blacks are unreal! thanks to those self emitting diodes.

What hit me as well, was that it was impossible to distinguish the blacks of a scene, to the letter-boxing top and bottom of the movie. Madness.

To my knowledge (correct me if I'm wrong), Sony are actually still using LG's OLED panels (the only company to have invested billions in OLED production), so it only makes sense that the panels are very similar. Input lag being a problem with the Sony, is not a problem for the LGB6/7 since the update.

Who knows, maybe i'm just getting defensive trying to justify my LG purchase!

Are you saying Sony's exclusives don't translate to quality? From an objective stance of course...

Yea I agree partly, but it's still in it's infancy I guess.

"I mean it's fair to be a little put out that the releases are few and far between"

I just find it amazing that you can say that as an MS supporter to be honest.

Superhot, ,Skyrim VR, Doom VFR, Fallout VR (listed recently) and The Inpatient are all fantastic announcements for PSVR.

Not to mention Resident Evil VR earlier this year, which was one of the best and most intense gaming experiences of my life. I'm yet to play Farpoint, but I hear user opinions are far more positive than reviews.

May have been wrong about running on vanilla PS4... Point still remains.

No one does animations like ND. Looks great.

It's running on the vanilla PS4 apparently, the engine looks upgraded too.. It's often not about power, it's how you utilise it.

Imagining TLOU 2 at this point is quite scary, as much as it is exciting.
