Phil Spencer told us a long time ago Dx 12 would do little for Xbox aside from easier cross development for PC and x1 titles. As far as cloud gaming goes it is still in its infancy. It takes 3 years to develop a good AAA game for even standard gaming, but add in untested and new technology and I would assume you could tack on another few years to that just to get everything hashed out.

@shadownight even as excited as I am about scorpion I can't foresee a demanding game hitting 4k at 60FPS but 1080p native @ 60FPS up scaled to 4k would be totally acceptable with less demanding titles @ 4k and 30 to 60 fps
