X-Squad for PS2 should be on that list, I will never, ever forget that horrible dialogue: "We should move forward." *Disc read* "Roger that!" *Disc read* "Okay!" *Disc read* "On my way!" *Disc read* "Copy!".
If I was the TAFE student recieving that box, I'd eat a whole glass of chili and return his refurbished 360 stained in poo. Of course I'd have to consider a different career as well...
I thought this sounded cool, but then it hit me that EA was behind it. It's like that poster from Max Payne 2: "Everything I touch dies."
Haha, that's so incredibly evil and funny at the same time. Bubbles for you!
"Feed me a stray cat..."
The problem is, that if they made Home a WoW-like experience, it would eliminate Home's role as a simple online-service, and transform it into a Second Life clone. Personally, I think it's important that Home remains a sober experience without to much bling bling; when people can access PS3 games from within Home, it's gonna be crowded. Remember that Sony wants people to play their games, thus making Home an addictive experience would defeat that purpose IMO.
For 500$, they better be.
Knowing EA, innovation and decent craftmanship is always the last priority. I wouldn't be surprised if one garbage GTA-title after the other was released every year. I hate when Pacther's right!
Wait a minute, Tyler...
You didn't believe in flaming earthly possessions before, why would you start now? I thought the destruction of property would realign one's perceptions. :D
Gandalf: And so ends HD-DVD, son of DVD...
Hey Rocco... you must be lost. This isn't the Open Zone!
If they want to dominate, they better add more content. Motorstorm was fun for what it was worth, but it was a love/hate game unfortunately. The 2 modes, Play and Online, and the overall barren feel of the game, was what kept it 'good' and not 'great' IMO.
What? What's so hard to render in that game?
To be honest I was greatly disappointed by the graphics in DMC 4, judging from the PS3 demo. Poor texturing and low polygon count. It felt like a polished PS2 game. I suppose this is what happens when greedy executives won't allow a game to stay on one platform and perfect it to a given piece of hardware. This applies for PC, 360 and PS3 titles. Each platform has it's own unique set of advantages, and trying to make all three versions ...
Yellow Dog Linux is designed specifically for the Playstation 3. All you need to do is burn the .iso file to a DVD, then pop it in your PS3.
Here's the download link, it's absolutely free:

Devil May Cry officially died with the second installment IMO. Sure, the 3rd played well, but I seriously couldn't stand the queer Dante had turned into, even if he was young at this stage. The retarded "Electro" guitar just ruined all hope I had for the franchise. With the 4th being multi-platform, I fear it will join the cavalcade of mediocrity that has been the PS3 ports. Let's hope this one doesn't suck.
Actually, I think he was making a joke, simply because of the awesomeness of Chuck Norris. Never deny him.
By the way, Clint's okay too.
"Nothing is over. When the market sees the 360 as the true winner of the console wars, the world will jump in and buy HD DVD add-ons. Just wait. Blu-Ray never stood a chance!"
Gosh, it's on occasions like these I really miss the fanboys. Then again, I just wish we could all live as normal people and not have our day ruined by some corporate statement...
What the f*ck is wrong with people? First MK body slams and now this?
I doubt Gears of War 2 will be released in 2008. Epic put a lot of effort into Unreal Tournament 3, and they are still working on the 360 version. And since they usually put a lot of effort into their games, and everything is just spot on, I suspect we'll see Gears 2 in 2009. Again, the industry has surprised everyone time and time again.
Of course I -hope- that Gears 2 is coming 2008, but I think it's highly unlikely.
Basic added nothing to the Windows "experience". Without Aero and 3D flip, which are completely unnecessary, Vista is just a reskinned version of XP.
The point of Vista being so damn demanding when it comes to resources, is because there are corporations like Intel and nVidia benefiting from it. (Duh! I know.) Before Vista, people would be fine with a 1.5 Ghz, 256 MB RAM computer, with 64 MB shared video memory, if they were just browsing the net and writing school projects. I...
