The Dreamcast's so called failure had less to do with the PS2 and more to do with Sega not being financially viable at the time.

Both the Xbox and PS4 were in good supply at the two Targets near me. I think the Wii U is a good system. Imagine what they could have done if they had a reasonable/lower price when it first launched.

When it was first announced I saved up all the money I could waiting for its release. I had the TurboGrafx CD as well as the Sega CD. The Nintendo Play Station was going to be 32 bit and promised better looking full motion video and color which was big at the time. There was also a rumored Street Fighter game that was supposed to include all the original characters from Street Fighter and Street Fighter 2. I wish I could have one of these units. I wonder if they could do some type of tear dow...

@Bolts I think you missed the point. There are some fan boys that think a certain console is capable of creating identical graphics of a high end PC.
You obviously have not played the PC version.
I have played both versions of the beta upscaled to 4k on my tv. Both versions look good. I noticed that the PS4 version is sharper. I played the PC version in native 4k and the graphics are phenomenal. I'm still not sure what version I am going to get. I think the game plays better on console with a controller. I tried playing with a controller on the PC and it's rough without the aim assist. I'm not the best at using a keyboard and mouse.
Trust me when I say you will be floored at how good of a job Bluepoint Games did at upgrading the visuals and mastering the sound. All 3 games in the collection have been noticeably improved.
The 90's gaming seen was the most iconic to me because there was so much competition in the console market and the arcade seen was thriving. Gotta love retro gaming.
