How much can their servers hold? You got to put some pressure on them or you are never going to know how much you will need to adjust. You need to find the problems and fix them now rather than later.

Its because a lot of people dont have the money to pay for a system just for one or two games that they would like to play on it. If the game comes to the system you already own... it saves a LOT of money.
depends on what your friends will be playing on. Live or PSN. i think that is what it comes down to. Unless you really love yoda or Vader...

for the Too Human demo: the first time I played it, I thought it was TERRIBLE. But I tried it out again and it grew on me and I found myself really enjoying it and I may even end up buying it.
Im sure its not that big of a deal considering all MS had to do was was take the Nintendo logo off of it. It's not that huge that they would have to make a deal to allow it to be on VC.
