are you sure about that? i could have sworn UC3 sold just over a million on it's first day.
this is so ironic. remember when they used to compare games on the PS3 with the full RBG turned off and people used to call it 'muddy' graphics? now here we have a more serious situation that some people won't be able to rectify without buying a hard drive and it's just a matter of a simple instillation

i have to agree that they have made every Forza game better, but that's not the nature of this article. once again it suggests that Forza in some way overtook GT even without dynamic weather, day and night cycles, less tracks, less cars, no carting, no customised tracks, no 3D and graphics that are not quite as realistic as GT.

VG has the numbers wrong then. they have the 360 at 57.6 million. funnily enough they have the PS3 numbers wrong too, they have them at 55 million when they are actually 55.5 million. at least we now have official numbers to quote for a while and we won't have to rely on VGchartz to provide proof of our arguments

this also ties in with game passes if you think about it. four second hand games takes four sales away from devs, and four shared copies of a PSN takes takes sales away from devs.

well clearly i thought of the rhetoric before Sony because as i've said, i talked about this nearly a year before Sony said that over at another forum. you have to think like a business and not like a gamer

why wouldn't i be serious? it was their strategy with the PS2 and it's there strategy with the PS3. you can even google Sony's comments on this matter if you like. you can either take them at their word or consider it luck that they always win generations

yes, that is exactly why Sony designed the PS3 the way it did. they knew that eventually other devs wouldn't want devs like ND show them how to make games. they have egos and we are now at the point were egos have taken too much of a hit.
