The reason I pasted the two sentences is because they are statements that stand out in you post. I think you are trying to justify that 360 doesn't have many exclusives on the horizon even though the top selling HD title (since you want to slice the chart that way) is an exclusive to 360. The way I see it is that gamers do want exclusives.

My PS3 is wired and I find download speed quite fine. Is your PS3 wired or you are using wireless connection? If so, you may want to wire it temporarily to possibly pinpoint the problem.

Now that there are affordable blu-ray players coming out, Sony can soon drop the price of PS3. Well played, I think.
Resistance: Fall of Man. It's half price now. I picked it only recently even though it's been out for 2 years. Great game. Great price.
My personal favourite: Warhawk. It took me a while to get comfortable though.
As for the rifle kickback it doesn't happen instantaneously after pulling the trigger. It does in games, not when firing real weapon.

Is there any game that is not on Wii that you can just jump in and play? Even for Surf's Up you need to learn how to perform different rolls etc.

I wouldn't even know about them if they weren't throwing ridiculously bad scores for PS3 games. If they randomly gave scores to games they would look less biased.

I think most of us have only seen the E3 trailer on Youtube or game sites which are low def.
