The only kinda crash I get on my RTX 3080Ti Laptop was when I qutting the game to desktop and the game froze and have to force close it with task manager.
As for frame time spikes you're going to spend more times than it is necessary to fix it even when I locked frame rate to 30 fps at max settings it still fails to hit consistent frame time.
If I want smooth consistent experience I'd just play PS5 version the frame time stability there is unmatched.
When something like this happened I feel like PC gamers really are the spoiled bunch not the console gamers.

I just tested the game on my RTX 3080Ti Laptop and at Very High/Ultra 1440p V.1.727.0 the game still have graphical bugs that made the expereince worse on PC.
I get texture streaming issue on one scene when right after the intro when Clank wakes up in the Nefarious City the close up shot the environments wasn't be able to load in time so it looks weirdly plain.
RT reflections doesn't work quite right or simply looked worse ...
Finally installed and tried running it at max settings 1440p DLSS On couldn't keep it 60 fps on my RTX 3080Ti Laptop.
It looks awesome, I think the only area for now that I see that clearly looks better than PS5 is the hair and fur rendering, almost pre-rendered level of fur rendering and animation in the cutscenes in real time.
I'm about to download one for my PC let's see how well it will run.
Doubt it's as smooth or trouble free though.

Having high end setup doesn't guarantee that I will get the best experience.
The only reason I got RTX 3080Ti Laptop is because I never have a gaming laptop before and my last laptop was over 15 years old.
