Yeah, basically your digital games are ALWAYS available to be played from your console even if you're playing them on another Xbox. Gonna miss the old system they announced though cause typically my family has 2 Xbox's one for me (seeing as I live the majority of my time away from home) and one at home, would've been nice to share games amongst the family :/

Well for one I did NOT say they would do this for sure. I was simply saying that's what they needed to do. And why it change? Oh idk maybe the same reason anything changes... to improve it? They didn't release games at the same time digitally on 360 but they will now... PS3 didn't have the ability to resume games mid play though, but the PS4 does. Shit changes over time, simple enough concept to grasp right?
No there was, it said that it was coming to 360 soon, but now that you mention it I can definitely see the invisible hand of MS aggressively pushing people onto the X1 with this action. Essentially "Buy an Xbox One or pay for separate accounts until we get it working on 360." But let's get one thing straight none of us work for MS so none of us can honestly "it should be easy to put it on 360, just copy paste the X1 program for it!" I'm sure it's a little more ...
Yeah this article is VERY misleading, it should go hand in hand with the fact that they just announced if anyone on a Xbox console has Gold, so does EVERYONE else on that console.

The only relevant point they made there (and don't get it confused it's a MASSIVE point) is that their are no competitors on Xbox Live. If MS were to allow 3rd party distributors onto their platform like GOG, Gamersgate, or others to distribute digital games it would have been what we were hoping for.

Meh, I buy games, not consoles, cause specs don't matter, and I have a job so I can easily afford the $500 difference. But with all that being said I don't care about the console, just the games on X1 interest me more than Ps4's atm
Sharing however is not something you usually identify with digital licenses, from the interview released today they clearly want to make digital as easy to understand and open as physical.
That's why I said "built in" it did end up having it, but not until a year after launch in Japan and 2 years after launch in America. But if you look at the console space now a days, people would throw a fit if Xbox or PS4 required an accessory in order to get online.
You actually just proved my point... they didn't think it was integral to a console. And now they do, consoles learn over time, didn't say it never had it, they just didn't know how important it would end up becoming.

I'm ok with the idea of plugging my cable box into my Xbox for TV, but I think it's because of repressed nightmares that I feel uncomfortable about playing another gaming device... into my gaming device :(
I tried VERY hard. Played the crap out of it, and almost for a short time thought it was really enjoyable. And then I bought $2 worth of Auction house gold and replaced every item in my Inventory with better gear for a measly $2 >_>

I really REALLY fail to see how that process is better than the system MS proposed... I mean sure on PS3 you can share it potentially limitless times but each and everyone hast to get the profile sign in and download the game (equivalent to Nintendos friend codes >_>). Plus that's just blatant copying the game, which is really messed up.
Is there anybody even left in the HoN community? I mean the game was trash, the community was trash, heck the only reason people played it was cause it was a pettier carbon copy of Dota 1, and now that Valve is in the reins of Dota 2 how did HoN not immeadietlly die?!?!
