It's going to start getting aswkward where develepors at some point are going to have to make games compatible for PS5,PS4,PS4 PRO,XBOX One,Xbox One S,Xbox Scorpio,whatever Xbox comes after Scorpio and the many configurations of PC.

I'm on that bandwagon as well.I want to upgrade to the 1080ti but i have to get a better PSU to do..add another $80-100.Also my i5 6400 will be bottlenecking the shiz out of it so I'll be set back another $250-300 for a good processor.Your brand new rig becomes obsolete so quickly these days it's not even worth it.
Everything ends in 2 later this year : Destiny 2,Battlefront 2,Cod WW2,Red Dead 2,State of Decay 2 and Shadow of War 2....weird

I don't understand how so many people have so much input on what this card is capable of based off of one non graphically intensive game that is specifically optimized for Microsoft platforms anyway.The wise thing to do is wait to see how it runs a real game like Red Dead 2 and make your decision then.Patience is key.
The screenshots they showed a couple weeks ago looked photorealistic.
It will be tough for Red Dead 2 to have the best version on PC when it isn't even being supported for PC.
That's interesting cuz i was borderline obsessed with comparing 1440p maxed out settings on BF1 60 fps with my PC and comparing it to my PRO version and the only difference was better distance scaling on PC.Textures were identical and frames felt very smooth on PS4 PRO still.Now I want a GTX 1080 but i need to buy a new PSU just to support that which sets me back another $100+.MY CPU will be bottlenecking the card anyway(another $150-200).The CPU on consoles are soley dedicated to the gam...
Why is Sony starting to force female characters on us now? Last of Us 2 we play as Ellie now this we have to play as Chloe or Nadine?Not to mention Horizon Zero Dawn's Aloy. I don't have anything against female characters but it all just seems a little forced upon if you ask me.
Basically the consoles are becoming just like PCs with upgrades every few years.The difference is with PC you're all on your own so if you got that beautiful new GTX 1080TI then boy you better be sure your PSU has at least 600 wattage.Even if you do then you gotta make sure your CPU isn't going to bottleneck the card.In the end you spend WAAAAY more cash on upgrades for maybe 15% better graphics fidelity. I find HDR to be more noticeable than 4k.But it doesn't sound as cool as "4k"
It won't become mainstream until most people have 4k tv sets which the vast majority of households DON'T have.
I'm rooting for it more than anybody but showing off a racing game that runs 1080p/60 fps even on the base Xbox One isn't anything special.We have to wait until E3 to see other titles running on Scorpio.
If all the games that come out this year ending in "2"(Red Dead 2,Destiny 2,Shadow of War 2,Cod:WW2,Battlefront 2) run in native 4k with pc equivalent high settings then it's the place to be whether it has exclusives or not.It will be a more enjoyable experience than the PRO version.Unless you have a gtx 1080 of course.(have to wait for red dead 2 port though)
