Final fantasy mystic quest was the worst but 13 easily makes mystic quest look good in my opinion
i think the question should be:
after spitting in the face of final fantsy fans over the years should anyone care that they are still making games?

- Chrono cross
- Mario bros theme
- Zelda theme
- final fantasy 3 battle theme
- pretty much more than half of chrono triggers ost
- Demon's souls intro music, tower knight and phlanx themes
- Dark souls tarus demon, gaping dragon, gwyn lord of cinder, quelaag themes
- Actraiser boss theme
- Magic sword boss theme
- phantasy star online beneath the wave worm boss theme, and last boss...
why dont i just save 59.99 by NOT buying another game. Lamestop deals are the crappiest deals on the planet and people still go " I dont see why people have a problem with gamestop...derpitty derp"

Sony needs to open the floodgates to the hacker community like M$ did with kinect to generate more buzz about the move. They also should lower the price of the damn thing. 90$ for the controller combo is too much especially if you are considering a set of 4 for sports and family games.
I also agree with MysticStrummer wholeheartedly. Show who's dominating on killzone and other games with the move on ranking charts and maybe people will feel inclined to buy one.
Here's to hoping SE doesn't screw this one up.
I totally agree with the legacy of kain series. My personal wishlist would be:
-Vagrant story
-Bloody Roar
-NBA Jam
- U.N. Squadron/Actraiser( I know they were SNES but one can dream)
FFXI was for masochists and people who had well established linkshells or groups that they play with. beyond that i dont understand whats with the delusion that it was this great game, it was horrible ...and, key word, imma say it here, COMPARED to other MMO's.
The one thing I did love on FFXI over other MMO's was the story telling, some of the armor and monster designs, music, skillchains, adventuring buddy and sometimes campaign when it wasnt impossibly hard.
The Final Fantasy series is becoming Dantes Inferno(not the game) as it slowly descends its namesake to the lowest level of hell.

I'm with Necrum on this one. I never understood how so many people I knew liked the first one when it was so horrible. Good graphics aside I'm wondering if they fixed any of the control/gameplay issues of the first one.

I hope they do make shyt like that mandatory. The past couple of conventions I've been to have been ruined cus of clowns who dont know wtf hygeine is. I have walked by dudes who smelled like they took a bath in boiled garbage water and brushed their teeth with garlic and bannana toothpaste.
I swear to god next time I go to a convention I'm wearing some boxing glove with tootpaste slathered on one and deodorant/anti-bacterial soap on the other and beatin da hell outt...
FF14 flat out sucks and the only people definding it are people who have never played any other MMO's in their life besides FFXI(which sucks too btw).
Beyond the social aspect and non-spoonfeeding aspect of FFXI, Square seems to think that making things a chore to do = fun.
After so many years and patches, they didn't learn on FFCI and i dont think they are going to learn on FFXIV. SE is intent on telling us the consumers what we should like instead of vice ...

I'm with you. I didnt really see much if anything i cared for on that list. maybe im jaded and out of touch as a gamer these days or maybe companies continually put out crap and people are conditioned to like it, meh, who knows.
Now if there were some re-releases of the megaman-x series, or NBA jam, blitz, or even some puzzle games like puzzle quest, I'd probably be more excited. Everything released/discounted seems like some obscure, generic, dollar-stor...
Although I personally would like to see a remake of any of the older games (9 on back) I really dont think it will happen. It was reported already that half the original staff up and went. this article sounds more like wishful thinking instead of presenting cold hard facts.
