I was think that for while, but I never thought someone would agree (though for hilariously different reasons). With all the processing powed the wii U has, they can make a legit AND beautiful brawler/action game now. I mean, my main problem with the original game preview was the physics. The Wii U can handle that and sooooo much more. Almost makes me want to get one at launch. I'll wait though.
@Smashman98: I didn't believe you( you're lack of a link vs my memory) so I decided to look it up myself. You, sir or madam, are correct. I must therefore apologize to anyone I misinformed.
You're a good man/woman, smashman98 (Iprefer not to judge gender from name or pic).
EDIT:more bubbles for you
I thought the cutscenes added elements to the ending based on the decisions you made across 3 games.....unless I'm missing something. Feel free to correct me.
Well....we're already getting a FFX remake soooo....
This is absolutely great news. Anyone who's played a tales game can tell you that the basic battle system is actually really similar to smash. I can see this turning out very well. Heck, you can practically copy and paste any tales character and you'd only have to worry about balance.
1. music is fine
2. agreed
3. For me, Metal Gear is all about story and this seems to have it. It also seems to have integrated the initial idea of action stealth back into the game.
4. Now, dont get me wrong, I love metal gear and all, but you seem a bit hung up on the name. If its a good game who really cares what you call it [especially since its not considered part of the main story].
5. I know some people care a lot about names, but some ...
Your pseudo-quote seems unclear. Did they mean "we haven't announced what platform it will be on" or that "the actual platform it will be on has not been announced"?
Link please. I'll read it my self and become more informed.
Lets not forget that its coming to Wii U as well so it will look even better later (graphics wise).
It's a good game, but whether it's to your taste is another matter as Logicwins said. As a RPG, especially a jrpg, it's one of the greats.
The only two things I dislike about the game (they're only a problem when put together and it rarely happens) are insta-kills and the fact that if the main character dies in battle its game over. I hated going to a new area and coincidentally equipping an element that a boss could one shot on the first turn.
How...
I see what you did there. [+bubbles]
Thats looks like the second TMNT game which I don't remember ever being released on VC.
It's so beautiful......
@kaviti6616
Are you talking about the bobo doll experiment. If so, those results were weird. I can get how they came to that conclusion when all the boys were picking up guns and pretending to shoot the dolls, but I have a hard time understanding why nearly every if not every little girl straddled the doll or sat on its face and beat it with a hammer or other blunt object. Did every little girl see mommy physically beat dad/father figure/other male into submission?
...
Anyone know when this ends?
The only things I disliked about 13 was the story it made no sense until the last battle-no thanks to the rest of the game-and occasionally the party ai (If I make you a medic dont walk towards the bahamut or the sentinel plz, k thx). I actually love the paradigm shift. It was like actual battle formations and made sense. I just wish having the leader die didnt cause a game over. Its not like the party member suddenly forget how to use phoenix downs or revive skills.
Anyway, ...
Awesome. And they also do price match.
A lot of the games listed are still the same price...
I know, but I can hope.
Zelda in first person would probably end up like Skyrim except with fewer side quest and fewer bugs.
It'd be interesting imo
Um, yes please! I loved that show!
