Yea, sticking something on in the background is great for games that have long batches of nothing but exploring and collecting. I'm playing Mass Effect right now and it helps with those long stretches of just driving around in the Mako.
Been saying this forever. Everyone wants MGS. But I wanna see a remake of the originals that bridge the gap that's now between 5 and 1.
'Hire some of these people'
HA!!! Only thing Nintendo will do with these people is set their lawyers loose on them and shut them down. Nintendo wants no help or input from its fans outside of their cash.
Not if it's a Psycho Mantis horror-like offshoot!! Lol
Exactly. I've said it over and over. Stop talking about these games and just finish them quietly. After they're done and out in the wild, talk about them all you want. Once it's on the net there's no getting it off.
You mean giving the fans something they've asked for for years sold well?! I'm just amazed they caved and actually did it.
Picked up my copy the other day. About to start it.
But I have a phone now! Do you not have a game for it!?!
WTF?! FF1 & 2 are $11.99 each and 3 is $17.99 on Android. Even at remasters, that seems very high for 30+ year old games.
Yea I don't understand that mentality. It doesn't mean 'baby mode'. It's for helping people that have difficulty playing for various reasons.
Plus, the original already had an Easy difficulty available. So it also has nothing to do with them watering down the experience either.
Except for Cyberpunk...
Exactly this. They haven't figured out how to make it open world, online, with micro transactions. If they could they would have by now.
Yea. These things are cool, but you still only get 1 game in these cabinets. That's way too much money.
Nothing more than a DS Lite style variant. Nintendo have been doing these for SO many years. I don't know why people are so shocked.
Lol, yea. I was reading the comments in that article and they were praising the new clip like crazy. I didn't notice anything. I had to watch the clip a half dozen times and watch closely about what the comments were referring to, and I still barely saw anything.
It's for someone that hasn't bought one yet. It's nothing more than a Gameboy Pocket or DS Lite to the Switch. Just small revisions.
This was one of the smartest decisions. Even though Super Mario Land was also a launch title, Tetris was the smarter pack in game. I remember even my mom and grandmom hogging my Gameboy at times to play Tetris. I doubt they would've picked up Mario Land the same way.
There has never been a single instance of Nintendo doing or caring what the consumers want.
Nintendo didn't troll anybody. The fans trolled themselves. Fan speculation is always out of control. But, this is still Nintendo being lazy as hell and not putting any real effort.
Been waiting a good while for this game. Can't wait.
I don't think an old game like Quake is a game they need to keep to close to the chest to try and draw people in. Better to just open the flood gates for profit sake.
