You mean we aren't able to accept the truth as you see it. It's obvious you don't like these games so ignore them, don't buy them, don't play them, they're not for you.
I'm thankful that Japanese devs ignore idiots like you and generally do what they like.
Also it's funny that you should talk about morals; tell me do you think censorship is morally acceptable? Because you seem to be in favour of it.
Trying shame others into not buying so...

I'd say a "what's wrong with western gaming journalism" would make for a better article.

Articles such as this one are the cancer that is killing any credibility these games "journalists" ever had.
I will be buying this game and I will be recommending it everyone I know.
These social justice bloggers masquerading as games journalists who get so ass ravaged over a piece of software that they feel the need to cry about it all over the internet need to grow the fuck up and keep this unwanted drama on tumblr where it belongs.

@Neonridr - No we shouldn't because those sites are pushing agenda to get clicks, as I'm pretty sure this one is trying to do. What we should do is trust peer reviews on steam and metacritic from people who have actually played this garbage and have given it overwhelmingly negative reviews.

On topic, Sony should should stay as far away from this piece of trash software as possible, bringing this shit to PS4 would only serve to hurt the system.

The funny thing is, the forced controversy that these idiot reviewers caused over Dragons Crown actually improved the sales of the game.
I certainly bought it because it caused SJW butthurt, well, that and I like tits :)

YES!!!! Someone finally said it! Pixelvolt favourited and bookmarked.

But there is already 2 Mario games and a Zelda on Wii U, they haven't helped much at all.
To be honest I have my doubts as to whether another Zelda, Mario Kart and Smash Bros. is likely to make any difference.

I'd say it's because the casual players that were attracted to those games on the likes of Wii and DS have moved onto the latest fad, ie. micro-transaction laden freemium facebook and mobile games.

Personally I don't care what gets game of the year as long as it's an actual game, and dismissing peoples concerns about the direction games "journalism" is going as "conspiracy theories" instead of actually addressing those concerns isn't going to make the problem go away.
I of course am referring to the Gone Home debacle, the fact this piece of software (I refuse to call it a game) has received numerous perfect scores and "game of the years"...

I'm using the time to work through my extensive backlog.
At this rate it'll be 2015 by the time I'm done.

I heard Black Ops sold quite well, unless I heard wrong, I do agree with you though the Vita doesn't need saving. Plus hasn't it started shifting more units over the last few months?

This. I would sacrifice my left nut to play that.

@PoSTedUP
If you're into the horror genre I recommend you check out Lone Survivor, if you haven't already, it's probably one of the best horror games I've played this year.

I was thinking the same thing.
How anyone still takes anything written by the Daily Mail as fact is beyond me. Actually, how it's still in print is beyond me.

3771d ago 1 agree0 disagreeView comment

Dude, there's a massive list of games up for release for Vita in 2014.

@LoveOfTheGame
"An industry source has told Eurogamer that life-to-date Wii U sales in the UK are still around the 150,000 mark after a year on sale.

That's around 100,000 less than PlayStation 4 managed in its opening weekend."

And that's just in the UK, maybe you should think instead of letting your fanboyism do the typing for you.

Well if you didn't open by saying Wii U has the most market share it may have made the rest of your post slightly believable, because as far as I'm aware, the PS4 beat the Wii Us lifetime sales within 24 hours of its release. AND it still hasn't even been released in Japan yet.
So no my ill informed friend, the Wii U is not performing well, not at all and its probably only going to get worse as developers get used to the new Microsoft and Sony hardware.

@hehehaha
I didn't even know it was out, the advertising for Wii U in this country as been nothing short of atrocious. Even the PS Vita gets more screen time.

I'm curious, but I don't think I want to google it..... Could you explain for the more fearful among us?

I'd recommend the writer of the article actually research the issue instead of rushing to be the white knight, as not only does he not understand the backers concerns, but he also gets her name wrong (Dina, not Dino).
Also the fact that Manami Matsumae, who is female, a member of the localization team who is also female and nobody has any issue with these two. Yeah must be sexism /sarcasm.
