It's not about the closed system. It's about RDNA offering 50 to 60% boost to what we currently know about Teraflops. So 12TF of RDNA 2 essentially gives you 16TF of todays standard.
They didn't lose anything. Any and all first party games for Microsoft go to PC. Why would this be any different? It's an Obsidian game...Microsoft owns them.
MS doesn't need anything. The Xbox is the equivalent of a hobby for MS. They do it because they can, not because they need to. Sony needed PS4 to succeed to prevent massive selloffs and bankruptcy.

If the price increased for someone in a different country GOG would pay that money back to the consumer out of their own pocket. It also notes that although the average payback amount was 12% it could also be as high as 37%. Now imagine selling a product for $50(which we know only a fraction of that goes to the seller) and then paying the customer back $6 X 300k copies . You just lost...
The driving physics in GTA4 were far superior to 5. Everyone complains because of the physics engine used but it's one of the things I love about 4

The plan for a lot of them is to recreate it. They just haven't had the time to get that far. Fact of the matter is the game allows total creative freedom with no way to monetize it so everything is safe. If you could monetize it that would be a different story.

Nintendo has been at E3 every year single year and will have a large presence again this year.. They don't do conferences in favor of Nintendo Directs but they are at E3 every year with large booths. The conferences aren't even during E3 they are before. So it's Sony and Geoff the hardcore Sony fanboy. It means nothing. It They've been saying E3 was dead for 20 years. That's what makes Xcloud so great. If you own it on Xbox it will play on the go.
It's not about selling the XSX in Japan. It's about getting more Japanese content on the XSX.

Milking it? This is the complete opposite of that. This is just a 6 year old game that continues to sell.
It is not the equivalent of a 10 TF Xbox One X. If you were take the 6 TF of power in the X1X and make it RDNA 2.0 based then you that would be the equivalent of the jump you would see in real world performance on the current X1X. What that means is by todays standard the 12TF in the XSX translates to between 16 and 18TF because of RDNA 2.0 based on the 50% to 60% increase in performance. To get a better understanding how the X1x would compare you would need to drop it's TF down to roughl...
