Good to see someone else giving Parasite Eve some love - that game was classic, but I think alot of people missed out on it.

Screw that, they should at least give you one for free

I didn't find anything about that game so significant to warrant a sequel so soon. It seems like people lost interest in it pretty fast as well, like 4 months after it came out the price went down to 30$, which tells me a lot of people traded it back in.

I'd rather see them wait a couple years in really improve the series, maybe when Valve's next graphical engine comes out(Source is outdated - it is like 7yrs old already)

When I was younger I used to be more of a marvel fan, but now that I'm older I realize DC really is the better of the two - Green Lantern, Flash, Superman, V for Vendetta, Watchmen, Batman, Martian Manhunter, Shazam, etc.

Call me crazy, but there is something unappealing about black icing - black licorice flavor maybe?

I wasn't floored by this game or anything, it was decent but it did get repetitive, and the combat was a little too simple. I also found that the stealth elements didn't really play a significant role.

Personally, I think Infamous was a little better.

I think the price cut will be more significant for the PS3. They have alot of big name franchises dropping in the near future - U2, GT5, GoW3 to name a few.

The 360 price cut won't hurt, but there just aren't many games right now worth getting excited over - I don't see Halo ODST really playing a factor because people who wanted a 360 for Halo got one when part 3 first came out.

Among other things - it also says that man shall not use any medicine to heal himself, or something along those lines, yet I still see plenty of bible thumpers going to the hospital instead of praying to get better.

And besides, citing religion in a conversation dealing w/ a science fitction writer is kind of pointless, even if its just science fiction, science and religion are like oil and water.

Orson Scott Card has his own dilluded reasons why he's a bigot, an...

Yeah, but the second they discover music they automatically cling to the beatles. You can usually tell when somebody hasn't dev their musical taste because they are praising the beatles like they just came out.

Personally, I'll hand it to them for being good songwriters, but I still find them boring and I would never buy a game dedicated to them.

Heavy Rain graphics have a tendency to impress, however they do look really funky sometimes. Some of the characters just look awkward, and others look completely lifelike.

Very true, very true indeed

I think COD4 has a lot more layers and depth to it therefore much more replayability.

Halo online is just too simplistic, and they really need to make a run button.

And other times they kind of look funky.

They're already screwing it up by adding in dual wielding

5775d ago 4 agree1 disagreeView comment

They've been in talks bringing this to the PS3 for some time now, just about as long as we've known it wasn't coming to the 360. To be honest, I think the reason its not on the 360 is because it seems like they aren't very serious about bringing MMO's to their console. I know they have that FF mmo, but its not a pay to play structure like APB, not to mention, they already charge for XBL, so there is a lot of red tape there.

COD has always been about realism, and in reality, its not practical to wield two guns at once, unless its like a low caliber handgun or something with very little recoil.

Save that junk for the noobs and the halo fans. COD is about playing smart and placing your shots, not spamming your gunfire hoping you're going to hit something. If you play on hardcore and you need to dual wield to kill something than you shouldn't be playing COD.

This sounds like when they ...

A melted piece of plastic. Why would they take a console notorious for overheating it and condense it even more? Not to mention, the design will have to accomadate the shape of the HDD, which doens't really lend itself to a slim design, nor does the power brick.

They would have to completely overhaul there design, including those stupid fans that are way to small to cool down the unit. Just like they use the cheapest dvd drive on the market, I'm sure they also found those fans ...

I would hardly call Gears original myself. It borrows heavily from RE4(chainsaws/camera angle) and KillSwitch(it steals the entire cover system).

Quantum looks crazy, and it does seem noteworthy in its own right. They effect they use to make the castle morph are unlike anything you'd see in Gears, not to mention there is more of an emphasis on Melee, and Tecmo has stated they aren't interested in milking the gore.

I thought D9 was the best movie of the summer, and I'm glad they made this instead of halo(thanks sony pictures) because it had a much deeper story.

The only weak point of the story that I had a grip w/ is that I found it a little too convenient that the alien rocket fuel just happend to MAJOR SPOILERS turn the humans into aliens.

I thought the combat was way too easy and the stealth elements didn't seem all that great. Im going to get NG2Sigma when it comes out for the PS3 and just rent this.
