This doesn't seem like a bad thing does it? I mean. I know a lot of people spent 60 bucks on the game just recently, but the reviews seemed to be overwhelmingly positive. Why not milk that cash cow a bit more?
I've kind of thought this too for awhile. By targeting more fun-loving, casual gamers they are giving people who like to play video games or a curious about getting into it as a hobby a safe place to do it.
On consoles like the 360 and the PC, people aren't particularly friendly and in some cases the community can downright discourage people from playing games.
There is a downside to this though, those hardcore hate-spewing fools aren't in every c...
That's a bit disappointing.
I hope so, I would like to see a game that is similar to this. Hell, whoever would do it could probably make a killing by releasing a game like this with co-op for like 20 bucks or something. It'd definitely be a good game to throw on and play with friends...
Ohhhh man, talk about some nostalgia... My younger cousin and I played this game religiously when we were younger. I may need to get XBL again just so I can get this game.
Mobile gaming is becoming pretty popular, the problem with a vast majority of them is the don't offer any content that hardcore gamers are interested in.
Angry Birds is a game that is fit for bus rides, sure it's popular to have it installed on the cell phone, but there is no way I would play in on PC or Console. Mobile gaming is essentially Facebook gaming, a little more deep and compelling probably, but it's certainly not anything that will kill the console, or ...
I had heard it was going free to play, but frankly forgot about it. I should remember this time so I can actually play it.
I've liked every Zelda so far, so I will probably enjoy this one too. I doubt it will be the last Zelda, as well as really hope that it's not.
So, it's not really random then if they are deciding when is a good time to see a dragon.
From these screens look like we're heading back into Altair's memory, since this definitely isn't something we'd see in Italy.
The game does look like it offers nothing but a fun time, blasting apart pig men and crazy aliens, but there is no way the game could have lived up to the hype, even if the Duke were completely re-invented while he was gone. It's a standard, no-frills FPS, I don't know what people really expected. Glad to see that some people are having fun with it rather than just destroying the game for not living up to their, completely ridiculous expectations.
the ps3 version looks quite a bit better than the 360, too bad the game isnt going to live up to the hype.
That's a good amount of titles in 15 minutes... Some of these games look really good, I am excited for Forza 4 and Space Marine.
Robin huh? I wouldn't mind seeing him in the game, but what are the chances of him being really lame?
Well, that's not good for the DS3 folks, it certainly seems to be happening a lot with this developer, anyone think it's an inside job or that they just have absolutely shitty IT security?
It almost sounds like we are seeing a whole new race of aliens, so it could be that they simply have different weapons technology. I also do think that the Halo franchise needs a bit of a facelift. I thought Halo Reach was really stale and it may be just because we already knew what happens with Reach, it's like watching the Star Wars prequels, it wasn't that exciting because we knew what was going to happen.
I do hope they don't get rid of all the weapons, especi...
Oh man, this is great. I am actually excited about Halo 4, unlike Reach... Sometimes I feel like I was the only person that just wishes Reach was never made. The new planet sounds amazing too! It's got a hard outer shell, with a soft chocolatey center.
Can someone hand me a towel? I may start to drool.
It makes sense, since obviously there won't be 3rd party support for a console that isn't going to be released for almost another year... but it just seems a bit shady. At least they admitted it.
I'll believe it when I see it. This game still hasn't really gotten a solid release date and I figure by this point, it probably should have had it confirmed.
