Well I have no interest in any first party title.
Not giving any more money to these gender political companies. I want an escape from that, not to insert myself in it again.
It's weird. A lot of people talk about trimming the fat and all this stuff... I've gone back and am on my 3rd play through enjoying every little nook and cranny again on my pro.
We used to play this game over and over again back in the day. I beat the OG probably 9 times atleast. It's my favorite game ever, and Rebirth is certainly right along side it.
VR2 is incredible. I wish Sony really gives it a pump once it had a few more aaa. Titles for it... RE GT7 and the new Metro game are phenomenal..really looking forward to the new Aliens as well... I wish more companies adopted capcoms approach with it.. Sony also needs to make a simple payment plan with it for an exclusive price to users as well.
I really hope they don't give up and same for the devs. It's amazing
Andy i bet it's fine.. the problem is I think most people are just burnt out on that stuff. The political narratives throughout the Star Wars sequel trilogy has destroyed any hope at ever trying to make things land with great taste.
People don't want to reward junk crap writing that doesn't pertain to the world of the IP. And the disdain really comes from people injecting their own ideals that pulls you out of the immersion if you don't line up with it... I ...

Series S is a huge problem. Microsoft should have built a handheld instead with 16gb of ram instead.
Also the forced DEI in practically everything. And they are banking on service games when they should have these studios churning out reasonable times every 2-3 cycles with mid to high budgets and increase creativity in games from developers and succeeding that way rather than chasing fads.
What a shame. Been a Sony guy for 30 years. Might be my last Gen with them if this stuff is the focus.
Nintendo does a better job of this without being forced, awkward, or insulting me. I'll give them more of my business and I'm guessing more will follow.

Chances are it's a DEI vested game. Hopefully I'm wrong really but I'm not interested if so and I fear it's gonna get thrown in the DEI pile of crap I refuse to touch after seeing how incompetent some of these choices are hindering games.

Bring in inclusive interesting characters. Throw out DEI crap teams like Sweet Baby Inc that forces jank.

If you are a serious gamer and want the best outside of OG hardware then I'd strongly suggest a Mister FPGA. Hardware emulation is the way forward.
Sad how this was one of the best selling games of all time and just completely shit on the Western Market
