I'm not getting a Bone but I fully expect SSO to be a great, fun game. Maybe even a legit *reason-to-own-a-bone*, heheh.
The real problem is that there are many times when the top player gets NOTHING. That shouldn't be a Thing.
Regardless of what runner-ups get, the top player should ALWAYS get SOMETHING.
I wonder what such a gun would shoot? ... XD
Meh, I dismantled my Invective for parts.
Not that it sucked, mind you, but because Fusion Rifles pretty much antiquate shottys in Destiny. Much prefer my Bad Juju. That gun is like a mini game itself - how many kills can you get before forcing a reload? Heh. Much fun. But Vex harpies don't count toward your killchain, which is weird.
Just got the Exotic Scout Rifle though. Sheesh, now I gotta level THAT up.
Finished my first Vault Raid this evening. The endeavor itself was arduous and not much fun, but man...when Antheon went down on like the 20th try...whooo, the dopamine rush and the partying and cheering was so worth it.
Great loot, too. They need to keep pumping out more and weirder Raids and I'll keep playing for quite a while.
I envy your imagination.
When an Event comes along that gives me Ascendant Materials, then I'll give a hoot.
SRSLY, it's just suckers who pump time into these events when all you get is an Event-themed reskin of top-stat armor that you already had anyway.
Agree. I'll probably play it lightly for several months, but once I get Platinum I doubt I'll stick around. There's just TOO much else going on in the gaming world.
Some games, though, like TLOU Factions and DriveClub, I expect to play for a long time. Years, perhaps.
I'll just use Destiny as my playstation friend-finder till they can replace Home.
Don't get me wrong, I love the idea of Home, even tried it for awhile but the load times killed it for me.
Home they reincarnate it someday.
I picture it like the Prey 2 CGI trailer, but 3rd person and with an awesome story.
There's a cave in the Divide that has 10 second respawns. Need sniper/scout to work it though.
I had such a surplus of coin that I bought most of them anyway and broke them down for Shards. Sad, I know, but the 5 Shards I got is 5 more than I'd actually got from gameplay in a week.
Thought about getting the rifle but I'm one stage away from getting the Bad Juju.
And just like that, I'm preordering my PSN copy.
Gee, let's see...
A faction Legendary costs 150 marks.
You can make a cumulative max per week of 100.
Hmmmm, given that info, gee....you're right! People shouldn't be farming at all! D'OH
Wooowww it's like one of my grotesque grade school doodles came to life. Freaky hot damn!!
These visuals look on par with MGSV. Quite amazing for both studios, IMO.
Indeed, despite its flaws, Destiny has become my new best/fav way to make PSN friends.
SRSLY, in one week I've met more people, joined more chat parties, and done more strikes and COop Crucible than in any games in the 20+ years of PS combined.
It's almost like a reincarnation of PlayStation Home, but with better music.
Spacing out our playtime of Destiny won't fix a risk-reward loop that is essentially broken ... it'll make it worse. The admiral is right.
I like their weapon reballances, but pulling ascendant shards from Queen gear is stupid. I HAVEN'T FOUND THEM ELSEWHERE except from the Cryptarch.
They've just ensured that I don't waste any more time with the queen.
I think we've been Royally screwed. Heh, heh.
Yeah.
I mean, if they're not bringing Cole back, lets have new IP.
M-rated, preferrably.
