Looks great, really looking forward to this. But I am a bit worried after the mixed reviews from Child of Light.
Of course you did, no one makes just one game anymore. Everything has to be a mega franchise with 10 games, a movie, comic books, novelty toilet paper, etc.
I'll be surprised if they ever make a game that isn't Titanfall
Biggest concern about this game is that it'll be too easy. I saw a trailer a while back in which the game basically told you where the clues were and what to do with them.
All the sheep who'll buy this game again just for slightly better graphics.
Don't get me wrong, its a great game, but this version has no reason to exist.
“If we take the posture that we should only make sequels because they’re safe and it’s a sure thing then Borderlands wouldn’t even exist."
Oh, so Pre-sequel isn't that at all, is it? What a load of crap.
EA has "brand power" and ability to fund the project. Would EA buying Oculus have been a good thing? No, no it wouldn't have been.
Facebook has already doomed the project.
Welcome to the modern AAA gaming industry.
More money.
Just looks like more Borderlands 2 to me.
He's right. A video game with millions of dollars pumped into it already being declared a great game and being turned into a major franchise before the game is even out. Perfectly summarizes the modern gaming industry.
Welp, so much for this game. 2/10 would not buy.
Maybe you should get back in your time machine.
Just a "oh look at me" review
Could have been Batman Beyond, but instead we get this. *sigh*
Yep, pretty uninspired bog standard FPS. Nothing to see here.
The writer is missing the long term implications. For all the money Facebook will put into the Rift, they're going to use it to turn it into a F2P, social fuled pile of crap.
The biggest problem with any Infamous game is its overly simplistic, often silly moral choice system. Its far far too black and white and I just can't take it seriously.
The Facebook buying Oculus thing virtually guarantees this will be a bigger success.
Cynical? Call of Duty has glorified war for at least five years now.
