I see a lot of people not just here but in other outlets complaining about the price. Yet they happily spend $1200 on a new phone, $500 on a new watch, $900 on an iPad, $1200 on a laptop, $800 on a graphics card, $100 per month on skins and battle packs. So give this tech a brake. It's not that expensive when you compare it with other entertainment tech.
Faster load times, faster UI, better resolution, better frame rate lol. That's it so far. Whatever PS5 has, your 10 year old PS4 can do, just a little more blurry and at 30fps
Exactly!! What's the point of Ps5 cutting down dev time with it's compression technology, it's sound engine, SSD, and obviously faster processor, if non of that is being used lol. They're catering to 10 year old tech. Fates frame rate and better resolution is not the next gen I was hoping for. I was hoping for them to revamp some of the core gaming mechanics through the use of the new tech. But so far for me on PS5 Ratchet and Clank has been the only game I saw next gen featur...
Because it was designed from the ground up as a PS5 game. This God Of War was designed with all the PS4 limitations and design trickery first.
Better animations, better physics, visuals, draw distance, rendering. They grounded the core design to a game console released 10 years ago. All you get out of the ps5 version is better resolution and frame rate. No use of the SSD nor processing power. More loading halls to accommodate the PS4
This new God Of War game was robbed of additional gameplay and next gen features, just because it had to remain cross gen :(

I know they're trying to get as many sales as possible on this game that's why it's in all platforms but the fact that they include the Switch on this tells me this is straight up a last gen game. Why keep holding down the games potential like this!!! #frustrated
It's mind boggling how it's 2022 and they're still only selling them online. Ridiculous!! Only scalpers with boys get a real chance at getting them. They're stockpiled in their warehouses while real gamers have to pay a premium to get one. How the Fu** is this consumer friendly?
