I remember Turtles in time from back in the day, the Simpsons game was essentially the same game in a different setting - good times :)
I couldn't care less if Sony need E3 or not but it isn't the same without them. Please come back next year.
@DEEHULK88
Eh? I wasn't saying the early PS4 catalogue was any better than XBs was, I was just pointing out that not every PS fan criticized sunset overdrive - some of us actually wanted to play it!
Tribalism for XB is just as bad and you know it.
Lots of people generalizing here.
Playstation fans didnt trash this game, Fanboys will do obviously but what do you expect? Admit it or not but every platform has them. As a genuine playstation fan this was one of the few MS exclusives that I actually did want to play...along with Garden Warfare (which ended up being timed anyway).
As it turned out SO received very mixed reviews so I wasn't as bothered but I may give it a try if it appears on PS5. I...
@dumahim
Just the 4 so far I think. Astro's Playroom, Demon Souls, Returnal and R&C next week.
EDIT - Stupidly forgot about Destruction Allstars - we even got it with PS+ ffs!
Good. Push it back and get it right!
No agenda here pal, just didn't like RDR2 - beautiful but boring.
This game never really interested me so i waited until it came on PS+ with PS5 and found myself enjoying it far more than expected - just wasnt into taking on the hoards 7/10 IMO.
Its certainly up there with God of war in the graphics department. I remember seeing HDR for the first time in U4 and couldn't believe how good it looked.
I did the same on PS3, I hadn't played any Uncharted until the 3rd was out and then played all 3 back to back - good times!
I hope they release the Nathan Drake collection on PC for you dude.
@prime
You talk like XB and PC don't also have fanboys - they do and are all as pathetic as each other.
As Sony's business model still includes profit from HW sales I dont see day one releases on PC, although I'm no expert and this is just my opinion.
I might have to wait until its on sale and there's nowt else to play.
@Orch
I never said it was a good game, I've never actually played it so cant have an opinion on it (I'm unlike most here who like to talk with authority regardless of experience...)
I will play it though, simply because its Terminator.
I saw some of the awful reviews this game received but strangely I still want to play it...I guess people just like Terminator stuff!
YOU don't want a second one - try not to speak for others.
I also enjoyed it far more than I thought I would and was so happy to see it be added to the PS+ collection (with a 60fps update for PS5 too), the only thing I couldn't really get into was taking on the hoards.
I believe co-op play would be of detriment to the likes of TLOU where you actually gain an emotional attachment to the characters and story, it just wouldnt be the same with one of my mates chatting 5h1te into the headset.
JMO.
@Lego
Yes i expect to see more PS games come to PC (which is fine with me, the more who get to experience H:ZD the better as its class) but day one PC releases would certainly effect HW sales and PS+ uptake numbers - I just dont see it, myself.
And please don't assume all PS fans are fanboys as i'm only saying what I believe to be true - Im not sure you can honestly say the same though.
I doubt every PS game will come to PC and certainly not day one as i believe Sony's business strategy normally includes profit from HW sales. I dont see them coming to Gamepass but i do wonder how long Gamepass stays at just £8 a month. I think it could be double that sooner rather than later.
Spot on - the bar was set very low this year.
Coming straight off the back of the Bethesda acquisition and having no Sony to steal the show, I was expecting MS to come out all guns blazing - they did not and its a massive missed opportunity imo.
