So pumped for this I don't even mind reading re-hashes of the same info...BUT...I will say, I still have my angst re one change -- the leveling system. I cannot judge until I play it but I'm believing I will miss the required nuances in creating a character when thinking about the attributes and birth sign combo at the start and primary/secondary skills at the start. I get the reason to abandon this -- you could, in effect, handicap you're character before using s/he but I liked t...
Not going to lie...this article's description of the leveling system really disappointed me. No classes? Are we going to get birthsigns? I remember spending countless, COUNTLESS, hours creating numerous characters to create the "uber" custom class-birthsign combo. It truly made me feel like my character was "unique".
Now, we get no classes (holding breath on birthsigns), less skills (as noted above, if athletics and acrobatics are combined now, I'm...
KOTOR 3 - done deal.
Neckbear - that said, its besides the point truly unless you name said games and we then compare. If you name a bunch of who gives a rat asses, then how strong is your point really? I'd say pretty weak...
I'm not arguing that there aren't (if, in fact, there are - my comment may suggest that given the statement re how old Resi 1/3 are, but that's not the point I'm making). What you're simply stating is that b/c other games are 4-6 hrs (again, if the ca...
I strongly disagree that any Resi was 4-6 hours, especially the earlier ones. In your first play thru, not knowing any of the puzzles or anything...also having to manage your supplies in those crates, going back and forth, back and forth....those things alone added at least an hour to the total game.
But, for sake of argument, say you're correct, Resi 1 and 3 were 4-6 hrs longs. Those games came out how long ago?! Resi 1 was on a CD for pete's sake.
Should be slashed - its 4-5 hours long. No matter how awesome an experience it may be, its just too short.
We'll see how long other retailers take to slash it. I don't expect it happening wide-scale very, very fast. I view this more so as some retailers trying to get a leg up on sales against other retailers.
Unfortunate man. Really, you could've purchased it w/o the 360 via online and just waited till you got your 360 back to DL it. Or, you could've had the nephew DL it for you.
Fable 2 is good stuff - despite those naysayers. Fable 1 better but 2 is good.
Double post - didn't show up at first. My bad y'all. disagrees, I embrace thee. Waste of all your's time.
Your sarcasm would be better taken - and more powerful - had you not used all caps. It was unnecessary to make the entirety of your statements all caps.
Could've been funny, instead, its just lost in the all caps.
If only Justin Beiber were in a video game...she's so dreamy
Aphrodite from GOW3 - my reasoning? You won't just have ONE girlfriend, you'll have a bed of girlfriends. Pretty sure you won't ever, ever be leaving that bed.
For nostalgic reasons, I suppose, I'd like to have seen the spread weapon from Contra on this list. I mean, once you double up on it, just keep spamming and you can get through just about the entire game w/o dying.
Thought I'd post a lil doodle I made while watching tonights lackluster game.
Black = pumpkin, white = fiery innards
Damn, having trouble posting an image...
EPIC FAIL - post it in the forums. Ima douche
JUST did the exact same thing. Hilarious!!!!
I think its in Ninja Gaiden 2 but die 5 times or something like that - SUPER ridiculous, you're going to die that much.
For trophies, I'd have to point to GOW1 where you get a trophy for opening a health chest w/ full health.
Stupid.
That press start shit though, that's just trash!
Bigwheel - There's more PS exclusives than you listed.

I mean, let's be real here. Xbox kicked the shit out ...
Hello there Mr. fellow Illinoisan - we met again - couldn't respond in the Fallout post as I'm a 3 bubble wonder.
I too am a rabid LotR fan. Rebought all of em just for the true versions - the extended cuts. Good times.
Hahahahahaha - I've NEVER played D&D and never want to. The whole magic thing works better for me in the olden days. Plus, I like armor. Yep, for whatever reason, I like armor, sword wielding, magic firing, D&D-esque doucheness.
Call me a douche!
@Jetlian - Oh, and yes, it will still feel very Fable like - I'm crazy, crazy pumped for this game, but I just have some douchey affinity for the middle age-esque magic arcane arts BS.
Have no fear Jack and kraze - I live in Chicago. As I recall, we're one of the most unhappy, shitiest places to live in the US. According to Forbes, we're the 10th most miserable city to live in in the US. Woooo!!! We beat "that toilet dump".
Being in the law firm industry working as a paralegal, working for a globally recognized firm, I have no sympathy for OT. It is part of a job and likely w/in the description. I missed funerals, weddings, etc. All for the benefit of an international pharmaceutical chain that I guarantee many of you benefit from.
That said, I do agree this "what do I get" attitude is ridiculous. Its a free service, for one, stuff happens, services go out, etc. for two. And three, go ...
