Origin is still horrendous. Ubisoft shot themselves in the foot on this one.
Im not too worried about the DRM. If it gets bothersome, it doesn't take much to disable it.
Spintires is a nice relaxing game, but it does need a bit more to it. Adding steering wheels are nice and all, but it would be nicer if there were things to do.
How good the game is has nothing to do with a horrendously outlandish statement this is. This is about physical hardware and its horsepower. Think of fps and resolution as speed and weight of a vehicle. 30fps @ 720p is the equivalent of your grandmothers electric wheelchair. Whereas 60+fps @ 4K+ resolutions are the equivalent of a 40 ton tank traveling at 400kph (Which you can get right now for the price of $150 on PC)
A game that can reach 60 fps @ 1080p should be at bare mi...

Get Portal 2 on PC, its almost impossible to do with a controller
Give it an hour after release and someone will have 4K resolutions running.

This game has, and always will be my favourite game of all time. I killed 3 N64 controllers just playing the multiplayer on my own. I still have my copy of the game too. If only I could find some controllers to go with it.
Emulator. Get Linux,mupen64plus, a PS3 controller and the game rom.
Both MS and Sony should start giving the devs something to actually work with..

38% play at 1080p while another 25% play at 3 times that resolution.. Which by my math shows over half with just those two show that over half of the Steam user base play 1080p or ABOVE.
For those who didn't actually look at the article, 38% play at 1080p, 25% play at 3 times that (triple monitor) and even more so higher than that.
You mean you will never figure out how to mod a game. Every PC gamer has to mod at some point, you have access to the code, you have to at some point in your life change a texture pack in minecraft, or add the E3 mod to Watch_Dogs. Gaming is about fun and enjoyment, and sometimes games aren't really fun and unique until you actually play with the game before playing the game.

60% is nothing. My game library is on average 66% off. I get games for 99% off on steam. When was the last time you paid $0.01 for a game? Last summer sale for me. I don't have to buy digital content for steam or PC, I can buy in store and buy a game and simply enter its product key into steam and voila, I have the game both hard-copy and when that breaks, I have the digital copy, that I can play forever, on any PC. Don't know why you're getting downvoted. Its not trolling if its true.. Honestly, I find the screenshots look like crap in comparison to the games I play on above ultra graphics settings on my 6 year old PC. And those "screenshots" are horribly touched up.
Actually last gen ytou had 256 allocated. The only reasossn it worked is due to the insanely small, tight, linear environments.
Uhh.. You do realize every game ever made, for console, handheld, phone or otherwise, are ALL developed on PC, right? The dev kit is only used to play unlicensed games.
