Exactly. It's support and longevity. People going crazy over 50 dollars is ridiculous to me.
People are barking about the price... $50 less isnt a game changer.. its a brand new system. It'll be 50 less in a year or or two.. nothing cost less than $200 these days until its 4 to 5 years later
Online not sucking for sports multiplayer is beyond critical

Why do so many people who dont want a Nintendo (or cant afford 1) shoot down people who want it? These are ALWAYS the same people.. ps4 wackos who just endlessly troll anyone who likes anything other than ps4. I have xboxes , a pc and i want this too. So what if you can afford it. If you can afford only 1 brand pick the one you like the most.. they are all dope gaming machines. Its not that hard. And yes.. this will sell out in its first cycle.

8k is way off from mainstream.... primary because of bandwith... 4k requires 25 mbps ... 8k is 4 times 4k.... so... what 100 mbps? Even if the mbps needed isnt a 1 to 1 ratio.. so say you only need 50 mbps.... most people dont even have access to those speeds from an infrastructure perspective and thatz not considering what cablr companies would charge for that much data.. just not happening... for ar least 5 years.. if not longer.

What difference does it make... its called marketing.... every company including sony does it to get everyone all debating pro vs. Scorpio blah blah blah. The campaign began last year and will only ramp up from here .. and thats just fine.
Digital is convenient... digital in itself isnt killing anything.. as always its the consumer. If people continue to buy crap people will sell crap. Its that simple... digital or physical.
The problem with non psvr is price... thats it... its expensive. $800 plus software and a $1000 pc.. psvr is cheaper and more widely accepted by parents who buy their kids stuff.. pretty straight forward
Whatever you choose they are all fun... anf good.. vive is nice... but im telling you.. with the touch controllers.. oculus is to me.. undoubtedly the best machine. I mean that honestly..
Look.. I am sure psvr is decent.... and vive has had room scale a while, so im sure vive people understand... but i just got the oculus touch controllers and... VR is a waste of $$$ without the full experience... the machine will collect dust.. so whatever you get, being able to move around is critical...
