Yeah, that`s what I figured. I saw the original news as "active install base" then I saw people twisting that into "sales" by posting their stories on April 1st and then playing it off like PS3 fans got "duped" into a joke.
Damage control at it`s best.

As much as I love PS3, I still don`t feel I have gotten as much out of it as my PS1 or PS2.
New consoles will happen soon enough, there really is no rush.
I don`t believe it was ever confirmed as an April fools joke. It was just an incredibly easy excuse to fall back on for the people who hated the news.

I`ve always liked manuals. Not only do I consult them when needed, but they add value to your game. My collection is worth literally hundreds more because my games are complete with manuals.
This day was always bound to happen though. If there are ways to cut costs, then they will be used. No need to fight it.

Lol, it`s fun sitting back and watching everyone make this Crysis 2 comparison into a big deal when both versions are virtually identical. You can say whatever you want about KZ3 and Crysis, in my eyes God of War 3 still holds the graphics crown on consoles by far.

I`m hoping Sony does what Nintendo did last year at E3, announce a shit load of games. Sony and MS got their asses handed to them by Nintendo last year, real talk.
I always look forward to E3, I just hope Sony puts on a better show for us :)
