VGchartz is in their own little world. I think the quarterly reports are coming pretty soon, should be a fun day for VGchartz, lol.

3rd party shooters appear on more than one platform, unlike PS3 exclusives, so obviously they are going to sell more. This is just another case of Microsoft busting out the check book for some timed DLC, nothing more.

@ Blumatt

Yep, LBP2 at #3 and #5, and PS3 at #15. Looks like LBP2 turned out to be a little system mover too, lol.

LBP2 is hot right now, hotter than I ever thought it would be to be honest.

...and it hasn`t even hit mass market price yet. People are really short-sighted and narrow-minded nowadays, it`s staggering.

PS3 failed? Pushing 50 million units while still being the most expensive console ever is a failure? Wow, news to me.

Out of touch with consumers? I could care less how the average consumer sees Sony, I have my PS3, I want my games, simple as that.

This map looks freakin awesome.

If developers have hit a creative wall, then new tech won`t help that problem.

4848d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

Oh good, another generation where the tech is even more expensive, and the games take even longer to make? Lol, yeah, get back to me in 4-5 years.

Why would a price cut on PS3 lead to PS4? If anything it would extend the life of the PS3 due to increased growth and support. PS3 is absolutely in the best position right now out of the three by being the most expensive.

As for the decline in the U.S., a price cut would remedy that instantly, even by $50.

4848d ago 2 agree1 disagreeView comment

Yeah, looks like it needs another year, minimum.

4849d ago 4 agree0 disagreeView comment

Yeah, but you know Sony is ready for a price cut on the PS3, it`s time. That would be the first time it ever hit $200. I doubt Nintendo or MS for that matter, would just sit back and watch when that happens. I see all three having a price drop this year.

4849d ago 1 agree0 disagreeView comment

I agree but once it has another price cut, it has nothing left to bargain with.

4849d ago 2 agree0 disagreeView comment

It may be in decline, but it`s still selling more that the competition. The only problem is that it`s running out of room for price cuts, that`s an issue.

4849d ago 2 agree1 disagreeView comment

We still going on about this?

4849d ago 2 agree0 disagreeView comment

I can`t believe people actually complain about a 9/10, fantastic score.

Fable 3 is really bad. Same old stale combat with some of the most awkward design choices I have ever seen. The best thing I can say about it is the environments are pretty to look at, but that`s about it.

Bold statement. Have you even seen the blockbuster releases coming out this year for the other platforms? Not to mention that "top entertainment product" is more than just video games. The 3DS isn`t exactly going to have a cakewalk this year. But I don`t mind eating my words if it turns out 3DS decimates everything this year. But like I said, I don`t see it happening.

Clearly, you haven`t played it yet. Even with the addition of a few simple gadgets, the gameplay changes dramatically.

4850d ago 2 agree0 disagreeView comment

No, it just proves how the haters want to live in the past. Every PS3 hater wishes, prays it was 2007 again. Sorry, it`s not.
