I generally don't replay games. I might play them through more than once, but once I move on to the next game I want to play I rarely go back. I totally respect people who can play games again and again and still get the same enjoyment, but I generally want to play something new and different after a month or so.
I'm sure they are ALWAYS working on a new disc format. I wouldn't be surprised if they were working on several. I supposed it will depend on when PS4 comes around, but I'd think that Blu-Ray could probably get the job done for quite some years yet - especially if they get better at multilayer.
I found Twilight Princess a total snore. Zelda needs to move past its outmoded gaming paradigms if it's going to remain interesting. Collecting hearts, rooms that reset every time you leave, all that crap has to go.
I don't know how you can be a big enough fan of gaming to contribute to a gaming site, but not own a PS3. There are just too many great exclusive games.
I will use this Borg eye implant, and smoke while doing so.
Ugh. This game is awful. Stay away.
They did do the battlefront games.
I'm waiting for reviews on this one, but it does look pretty cool. Here's hoping it's actually good.
I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one who had more fun with Resistance 1.
Thanks a lot, Neogaf, for spoiling my favorite part of any game: the final credits.
I thought they must be trying to show Forza's realism by simulating driving while intoxicated.
I'm sure it will outsell the first one - which is too bad since that will mean some people skipped the first one.
If you tell us someone you're working on a "secret project" then it's not a secret anymore, is it?
The fact that Kaz can really drive gives GT some genuine credibility.
Forza 3 is certainly a very impressive game, but this kind of comment only makes me lose respect for Turn 10.
I don't get why they include a rewind button and make it nearly impossible to total your car. Rewind make sense in Grid because if you blew a turn you could have a race-ending wreck - this doesn't seem to be the case in Forza.
I'm also confused as to why rolled cars need to flip themselves over when you have a rewind button. I know they want it to be accessible, but I don't think that has to be at the expense of realism.
Highly unprofessional on Dylan's part. Sony has give Q games a ton of support if not for Sony/PSN would anyone have even heard of them? Should all the Japanese devs start complaining about how SCEA treats them at Western events?
I like Q Games, but enough with the pity party.
Isn't Japanese voice acting pretty much always better in a Japanese game?
Forza 3 comes out in a month and basically a finished product at this point. GT5 releases in 6 months and is, obviously, in no way finished.
At least wait to play finished game vs. finished game if you must make a comparison. It seems to me that everyone will have 5 months to enjoy Forza 3 before GT5 comes out - so who cares?
I don't think $50 - the price of one game - has been putting masses of people off buying a Wii. I would think that keeping the price in line will possibly help them to retain some of their sales momentum, but I doubt it will initiate any real acceleration.
They are talking about revenue not units sold.
