There's zero reason for SW:BF not to look that good on the PS4. Ubisoft set a bad precedent with Watch Dogs and it's got everyone sceptical. AC Unity looked as good as the early alpha footage (but it had bugs, that's not related), Driveclub looks fantastic and they've even added demanding weather features on top of what was already a beautiful game, Ryse looked incredible at _launch_, Infamous Son Second Son awesome, Witcher 3 looks amazing.

Double Helix is still pluggin' away at KI, and maybe a new title who knows (I liked their current-gen Strider). I'm interested to see where Amazon is heading with their games acquisitions. Hopefully it will be in a positive direction.
Crytek gets more hate than they deserve. Far Cry 1 was great, Crysis 1 was great, Crysis 2 and 3 were both fun even if they weren't as good as 1. @Spotie: Seconded... Sony nor Devs have not said it doesn't work properly in ages. There are still things they are working on, mostly user feedback and new features. I follow them on Facebook and they are candid.
It should have had a more thorough beta and the launch should have been pushed back again and that will always haunt Driveclub's legacy the way it was at launch. Today, right now, and since 2 months after release, it's been a fantastic game.

While I do feel Netherrelm are expecting lots of people to go for the $80 pre-order, now $89 MK with "season pass" perhaps if they didn't do this their budget wouldn't have allowed for the extra characters to have been developed (shouldn't assume, video games profiting is not an easy thing). My theory on this (and has been for a while): These MP games gets lots of hype in the media because people who work in the games media have lots of gamer friends they can play with. Not everyone does. Publishers/Devs therefore underestimate the importance of a true single player component. I mostly only play the CODs and the BF's for the SP campaign because, while short, pack a visual punch and are _usually_ fun.
I'd be curious how much COD would sell without the SP ...

Not sure why your ratio of agrees/disagrees is leaning towards disagrees. When the Unity teaser came out people went nuts. It looked as good in the final game, yet it didn't get the same praise. I see similar comments happening with lots of games. People quickly forget how last gen looked like.

Are we _sure_ this is it? Smoke and Cindara appears in early gameplay cinematics... Would be very cruel to show them and not have them playable. I don't understand why DICE would get such hate, but it is the internet after all. I recently got a fresh reminder why I don't like playing online against strangers.
