"World Gone Sour… Yes, I felt like that as an initial thought when I was playing this, but that has changed little from start to finish. This game could of went in a total different direction and could of banked on the fact that it is indeed a Little Big Planet clone, taking nearly everything that made that game so Wonderful. I digress, because the experience wasn’t as bad…but within the first few minutes you could see the true purpose of the game, which is an advertisement you pay five bucks to go through."
Advergaming has a horrible--and undeserved--reputation.
GotGame: At first glance, World Gone Sour looks like a game that’s sole purpose is to advertise something to you while you play. Fortunately, not only is that not the case, but Playbrains manages to pump out a rather enjoyable platformer that looks kiddy but somehow ends up being a little on the adult side.
GameDynamo - "All in all, World Gone Sour was actually something of a treat to play. Oh, and there's also co-op – you can play through the game in a semi-competitive fashion with a friend's help."
